This BSA Contender 4 - 16 x 50 Telescopic Sight came with the Webley TX 2000 PCP airgun which I bought second hand. At first I was pretty hesitant, the more I am used to Zeiss, Swarowski and Leupold. But I must admit the optics are pretty good. The only time you will really miss the Zeiss and Co is at dawn and dusk. (for about 15')
The buid quality and finish is good, but only time will tell if they stay that way.
The POI do not change when you change parallax and/or change magnification....

How would you think the scope would deal in the format of a pest controller using an Air Arms S410 (.22) ? I will usually stick to hunting when theres no rain but you'll probably know that the weather can turn like that! I have been out bunny bashing during the very cold days, even with snow underfoot. Do you think that the extremes between say -1 degrees C to normal room temperature or a car ride would cause the optics to fog?
I am looking for a scope that will put up with the knocks and bumps of airgun hunting but I simply do not have the budged for much more than £130 ish. So Leopoulds are out of the question :(
I have been using much more budget scopes in recent times and am looking to treat myself and my gun to something a little more substantial that will last!
