    Good Points: As long as your application is going smoothly, the advisor at Blue Moon will be helpful and courteous.


    Bad Points: If there are any problems of any kind with your application you will find that all of a sudden you will not be able to contact your advisor for days and when you do they will not be so courteous.


    General comments: Blue Moon Mortgages, personally, if I wanted a mortgage again, I would not touch this company with a 6ft barge pole. I found the advisor I dealt with to be extremely friendly at first however, at the sign of any trouble she became, unhelpful, arrogant and full of self importance.

    Blue Moon Mortgages - Fairly basic site which mainly just gave basic information on the company itself, no rates no calculators compared to other mortgage broker sites not much to offer. Some other sites I have visited have loads of rates, info on different mortgages but there was none of this.
