Good Points: Accurate and consistent.
Bad Points: Can over penetrate at shorter distance and a little pricey.
General comments: I have tested many different pellets but keep coming back to this one. I use them with my BSA Lightning XL and find that they are consistently accurate up to 50 yards and are effective against small to medium vermin. They can exit the animal at shorter distance but his is made up with their accuracy in making a head shot. Although they are more expensive then some other pellets I believe they are worth the cost.

I have been using these pellets in my Theoben rapid 7 mk2 for about 3 years and they are perfect they have to be one of the best brand of pellets out their. They are very accurate and hold their power very well has i have had a kill on a rabbit at 65 yards with my standard 12ft rapid 7 and it had no problem killing it. When zeroing in my rifle using a bipod at 30 yard I can put a pellets through the same hole every time and it give me great confidence when shooting live quarry as i no these pell ...

I have used these pellets for a while and found them great for general use and hunting (a bit expensive for general use). I have found these a really good pellet for lamping because of there shiny surface, they are like a tracer pellet at night because of the reflection. These are not that accuracy over a long range but really good up 2 about 40 - 50 yards.
Overall a good pellet with room for improvement.

I love crossman pellets there consistent they weight the same (wadcutter/verminpell/matchpell/acupell/powapell etc) they all weigh 7.9grs which means you can mix and match without adjusting your scope in between pellet types I recently bough a tin of these powapells and decided to give them a whirl on the range and in the field
SHOOTING RANGE
I tested them at several distances 30/50 yards and the shot grouping is very tight for a needlepoint there not far of accupells and lazadomes for group ...

The Crosman Powapell pellets are very nice, they are still accurate at 60 yards and keep energy well at that distance. They penetrate right into a 1" thick piece of ply wood at 25 yards and are very hard hitting. After firing multiple rounds into my pellet catcher I looked at the back of my target and it had exploded and showered little pieces of lead everywhere some even breaking through the target.
At 60 yards expect 1" groups with these pellets because they aren't competition pellets my an ...

I used these Crosman Powapell pellets for around a year on the whole they were very good however the last 4 tins I purchased had a slight variation in size. Some pellets were noticeably smaller and would fly off in any direction, sometimes they would miss the target by as much as 4 inches.
I stopped using them as hitting a rabbit in the side when your aiming for its head is no good for your quarry or your morale when you shoot 12 rabbits and only end up with 5 clean kills.
I am now using Air ...

The Crosman Powapell is a pointed hunting pellet that I use for long range vermin, mostly corvids and rabbits, the trajectory is flatter due to the more aerodynamic shape, they weigh in at 14.3 grains in .22 and 7.9 grains in .177 and are instantly recogniseable as being from the Crosman family, as I said above they will over penetrate at shorter ranges, which usually ends up with the animal crawling off into the bushes and suffering a long slow death, which is a despicable thing to do intention ...
