Fast web site. Check out the 365 euro's put on hold on your CC for fuel fill up or scratches, it's in their what you don't get in price of car very bottom of long listing. Too much held on deposit.

Very good web site functionality. Fast quotation. However, I'd avoid using if crossing to some EU countries as additional cost for this could be added at 12-18EURO / day. See above for more detail.

I like the simple language of the agreements and the website. You don't need to be a lawyer. We N. Americans need a lot of hand holding to be sure the insurance is covered properly. Nova did a great job.
Pickup at Shannon airport was quick, as was drop off at Dublin. There was one misunderstanding about whether I would be reimbursed for fuel remaining in the tank: the agent in Shannon said I would, the contract written in Shannon said not, which I didn't read carefully until after checking the ...

I stumbled across Nova whilst trying to find the best value quote, and chose them because of their good reviews and their helpful telephone staff who answered my queries quickly and knowledgeably. I was quoted a good price for 8 days hire of an economy car, collecting and dropping off at Ancona Airport.
All documentation was emailed quickly and was self-explanatory, and a small deposit taken. At the airport, the assistant (with Auto Europa) was helpful and friendly, explained what I was sign ...

I've used Nova more than a dozen times and other car hire companies when I've had to. None on them have been half as good as Nova. The front of desk staff at National Citer, which Nova seem to deal with more than other companies, have also been excellent. The staff are nice people and the cars have all been first class. I've no complaints at all with Nova and recommend them unhesitatingly and I'm not a Nova employee or supplier, just a happy customer.

I have used Nova Rent a Car on six occasions in the last year. They always give a first class service, whether at airports in Dublin, Cork, Shannon or Kerry County.

I have found this company Nova rent a car reservations which have the best site and service I have ever used to hire a car. www.rentacar-europe,com Their rates are always very competitive. You pay a deposit to them and the balance when you pick the car up. Their staff are very well informed and there is no messing about. they only use top car rental companies.
