The shoes in shoe zone look cosmetically good, but wear them and you should know they will only last 2-3 months before they are knackered and worse than that after only a month they start to smell very very bad on the inside. Ihave never had a problem like this with any other shoe but the three pairs of shoe zone shoes i have bought all had this problem. utter garbage as products and they also provide very very poor support to the sole and u end up getting blisters.

On the 28th of Feb I bought two pairs of trainers for my 7 year old. After 4 weeks of wearing one pair for school they split across the toe on both shoe. I took them back to Shoe Zone in Chippenham as I didnt have my receipt the assistant called the manager to assess them. She quite bluntly told me my son had "hammered them" and as such would not refund or replace. I explained to her that if my son had hammered the shoes they would be worn on the soles and scuffed on the toe these trainers had ...

Shoe Zone is a shop that I would not recommend. I feel that the shoes I have purchased from there are of poor quality. I find they have been worn out really quickly, I would rather buy good quality footwear even if it is expensive. Also, on my visit I did not find the staff I dealt with very helpful.

I took a pair of school shoes back to the WELLINGBOROUGH SHOP. The shoes had come apart, and I only had the shoes roughly two months, and I could not believe that this had happened.

The manager of the Shoe Zone shop was very unhelpful, and did not want to know, and would not replace the shoes. She left the two sales assistant to deal with the problem.

I said that if this had been John Lewis, there would be no problem, and the shoes would have been replaced, or a refund would have been give ...

I would totally recommend SHOE ZONE to anyone who would like a pair of nice, comfortable and in fashion shoes, not only are their prices cheap but they cater for all ages and all sizes from a baby size 4 to a men's size 12 not all shoe shops do this. SHOE ZONE also have easy walk footwear for the elderly people and they don't try and rip them off with the price last time I went in there the most expensive item I saw were the slouch boots at £24.99 and even that is cheaper than some other p ...

This shop has lots of shoes but they seem to be the same styles and colours (ie black formal shoes). The quality isn't that good but I'd recommend it if you wanted, for example, a pair of cheap comfortable shoes for work or school which you knew weren't going to last long.

Not much variation and the quality isn't that good but this is reflected in the prices.
