    Good Points: Pool bar staff.


    Bad Points: Food. Hotel. Staff. Rooms did not see a brush or mop.


    General comments: We found the staff at the Belair Beach Hotel in Rhodes very unhelpful on arrival. Breakfast consisted of egg and beans, or beans and egg. The only helpful people were the pool bar staff.

    Belair Beach Hotel - We moved to the Bel Air after a horrendous few days stuck in Hell-In-Falaraki. It was such a relief to stay somewhere where the staff had heard of bleach!

    Rooms were cleaned every day and there was nowhere in the hotel that felt unclean. The rooms were a good size, as were the balconies.

    The staff were lovely - all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

    The food was great and well prepared. There was a good variety and plenty of it.
