I'm reading some of the previous reviews and wondering what some of these ppl expected from a hotel on the edge of Faliraki!!?
Me and 4 other girlies went for 2 weeks in July and loved every minute! The rooms we'r bigger than expected and were cleaned regularly if you were out of the room by a certain time! Obviously if u stay in your room till mid afternoon it's not gonna get cleaned!?
I wouldn't recommend it to families especially in mid season but then personally I wouldn't expect families to ...- Read Guest's review (185 words)

Hotel in desperate need of modernisation this hotel would just about make a 2 star. Food awful not appealing and didn't taste good, drinks the same. Staff not friendly sarcastic and unhelpful, except at the pool bar, lady was nice.
Pool area nice although beds broken and split.- Read Guest's review (73 words)

This hotel should in my opinion only be rated a 2 star not the 4 star as advertised elsewhere. The sun loungers were broken the rooms small dark and depressing in decor. The food was not varied and tasted awful. The staff were not friendly.

Me and my friend went there 16th May 2007 and we loved every minute.
Its not far from anything you need, shops, beach, pubs etc and the locals are very friendly, with there hospitality and there fun ways,i had my birthday while over there and he put a karaoke on for us,everyone joined in with the party, from the apartments, well us younger ones, and we all chipped in and got a golfish bowl drink, that was fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all. Staff were friendly and approachable, the apartment was surprisingly spacious. Maid service was every day except Sunday and sheets were changed twice a week. The cooking facilities were almost non-existent. Only a small baby belling type two ringed cooker. No oven. Kettle and fridge provided.
Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available.- Read Danny Coyle's review (136 words)

I have based my comments on our stay in October, when the Sun & Sea Apartments in Faliraki did not have many guests. I think it could be very noisy when a lot of families are staying. The British in particular seem to show no consideration for other people.- Read tpebop's review (102 words)

Quiet enough for a good nights sleep, yet close to all the town has to offer. Excellent hospitality. Safe for families. Lovely pool. Clean and friendly. Hosts are very helpful with lots of local knowledge. We will definitely make a return visit to the Sun & Sea Apartments in Faliraki as soon as possible.
We all loved our holiday.- Read Kingfamily's review (60 words)

Great family run apartments, cleaned regularly, sheets changed twice weekly and fresh towels every other day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pool, free pool table and various games and internet access (pay as you use). The Sun & Sea Apartments are in an excellent location on the outskirts of town, but not too far from the town and beaches. Good snack bar and bottled drinks are available to take to rooms, and the bar was open until quite late. There is a 24 hour reception and also a c ...- Read carol baker's review (185 words and 1 comment)

The Sun & Sea Apartments in Faliraki are not far from the town, and the apartments are in a quiet enough location if you want a quiet night.
The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, and we could get a drink from the bar whenever we wanted. The rep was also great.

In general, the staff at the Sun & Sea Apartments in Faliraki were very unhelpful. They smoked around the food and linen, and the owner walked around in Speedo's whilst cooking food and mixing drinks. The rooms were filthy, and a cockroach was found in almost every persons room who we spoke to. Room keys were left open and residents were told to collect their own key so your room key could easily be taken by someone else. It was in general a horrid place to stay, but if you don't mind rubbish co ...- Read Rebeccarawle's review (207 words)

Our holiday to the Sun & Sea Apartments in Faliraki was great value for money. The apartments are not too central to the main centre, so we could get away from the bars etc. The beaches were lovely, and the complex was clean and well catered for, with a great swimming pool.
Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful hosts! I would recommend this place to anybody. Will definitely be going back next year.- Read chasey's review (73 words)
