Good Points: -Neutral and perfect balanced sound. Build quality. Very good transport mechanism. Great display. Gold plated connectors.
Bad Points: -Big ugly remote. Mounted standard A/C cable.
General comments: Audiophile budget player with a very good transport mechanism (fixed pickup laser system using a puck to hold cd on his place). Good build quality....no plastics on this baby. Disc tray is o so quit when opening or closing and extremely strong build. Get ripped of the original mounted a/c cable and replace it with a better one, it lift up the sound quality a bit higher.I you see one, don't wait and buy it!

Sound is very clear. Error correction is weak, but that's Sony (use only very clean CD's). Use well designed cinch/RCA connectors and cables. All details of the recording will be audible.
