I visited Faliraki with my boyfriend in July 2009. It was a last minute holiday so we immediately we were looking for cheapness when we booked. Dias studios was the cheapest so we booked that one so we ended up on an 18-30s. I would not recommend this for couples but if u are looking for a cheap last minute holiday you cant complain. I had a fantastic time..the rooms are very basic but we expected that. The pool is nie and clean and the staff were very helpful. From dias to the main strip it was about a 10/15 minute walk away which is pretty out of the way and feels longer walking during the day. The food is cheap and cheerful in dias which can be good if n a budget. Faliraki beach is gorgeous and is worth a couple of days during your holiday. Overall it is a good holiday but not what i expected when turned up by looking at it..it would be great in a large group of people and you would certainly have a good time.

I have just come back yesterday morning from Dias Studios, it is brilliant, this was the best holiday of my life, loved every minute of it. Rooms are clean and good size, theres a 24 hour bar with the comfiest seats outside, so make sure you get them claimed.

been to the dias a couple of times now and will stay there each time i return to faliraki.love the atmosphere and love the staff they cant do enough to help. rooms are basic but are very clean and come with everything you need for a good self catering holiday. all rooms are airconditioned. the pools lovely and the cheese beans and toast is amazing. bar street is about 10/15 minute walk so its out the way if you just want to relax and not to far if you want to party.top hotel.

Uncle Bills restaurant is a must. 7 euros in a taxi to get there, but food was superb and 'Uncle Bill' gave us a ride back in his truck. A bit of a walk to the centre of Faliraki, but as it was out of the way it was quiet and also better for exploring in different directions cutting out Faliraki centre if you want to wander.

Would never go back to Dias studios as it wasn't very well looked after, out of the range from the main town, it was hidden away at the end of a dark badly lit lane, its suitable for young teenagers who just want a drink and party and don't care where they sleep as the beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, would never recommend to couples, family and the elderly!!!.

Have just come back from the Faliraki Dias studios in August 2008 and noticed that there are many "good reviews" for the hotel. The situation of the hotel is quite far to the main streets of Faliraki.
The Hotel reception is nice and gives a good first impression. However other areas have yet to be developed for example there is not air conditioning in the dining room. The bedrooms are clean and of a decent standard which is good. However the air conditioning was extremely poor and maybe a big pr ...

GO GO GO! If you want a nice cheap, relaxing enjoyable holiday Dias Studios in Faliraki is the place to go! The sun starts shining early in the morning and goes down about 7pm behind the hills its lovely. Great views over the town not too far its about a 10-15 min walk to the town itself but feels like 5 as your walking through shops, bars, people etc.
Its great!!! ITS AMAZING! Don't bother going to anywhere else just go to Dias!

This is probably the best holiday I ever had. The apartments are for of twenty-something people, so it is very lively, lots going on but everyone is friendly and up for a laugh.
The family that runs the place is wonderful, they can't do enough for you! They all speak English very well, they are very friendly and very chatty. Mammas cooking is amazing, Uncle Bill is mental. You must go out to his restaurant, the food is fantastic and Mrs Bill is lovely!
The rooms are very basic but air con is e ...

Becca and Emma had the best holiday ever, we would definitely go again next year! The hotel is amazing, the people are really friendly and it is a great laugh! Uncle Bill is so funny they always put him on the night shift for the 24/7 bar and when everyone comes in, he can't handle it, so funny it's untrue! The beach is gorgeous and the weather is amazing, so hot! We had a heat wave when we was there in July! The night life is crazy! Absolutely brilliant! Caz is the best rep going and we can't f ...

I went to the Dias Studios in Faliraki for a week with my sister and her best friend, and we had an awesome time! Everyone is so friendly and such a laugh! The apartments aren't far from Bar Street and Club Street, but they are far away enough for it to be chilled and quiet at night! The reps were also great. They were loads of fun, and they were better at pole dancing than you might think!

I really recommend the Dias Studios! They are AMAZING!! I'm going back next year, as I loved every sec ...

Being a couple of (older) Kiwis we thought we might not fit in at Dias Studios but thanks to George and the family we had a great time, if you don't mind a bit of late night noise we would highly recomend it as a great place to stay, clean great people and handy to all the sights of Rhodes.

We went to the Falaraki Dias Studios on the 7th of September this year for one week. Three Geordie lasses looking to have a really good time out there. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and what a sight it looked. We didn't know what we had let ourselves in for.

We woke early the next morning to have a totally different opinion on the place. It was lovely, with a big spacious pool, plenty of sun loungers, and of course what everyone would love... a 24 hour bar.

    The weather was ...
