Good Points: The online control panel is superb, allowing you to select "addons" to your existing web package. Free .co.uk domain name.
Bad Points: None really. There is a slight hiccup when switching from Tiscali (who were very poor, both in service and assistance).
General comments: Solid fast service. I have the standard 2Mb package with a 5Gb monthly limit for £14.99. I surf the net, play online (PC & 360) and work from home etc. I have never had any issues with the quality or the speed of the service that I get from NDO Broadband. Also, they have UK based staff when you need to speak to someone, and they are also VERY helpful. I am a very happy customer. I would rather pay my £14.99 and know I am getting a quality service than risk not paying for a free service that is not as good...you know who I mean!

I have used NDO Broadband in its various forms since 1998, and the service has always been very reliable, going from dial-up to unmetered to broadband. There have been some hiccups, when they sorted out bandwidth hogs who always want everything for next to nothing and bleat when they cannot have it, which are reflected by the later reviews on this site.

The occasional drops, Speed usually OK with NDO (www.ndo.com).
But a far in excess cost for what is on offer.
Called Customer service/account 5 times - got promised a call-back 5 times and got no call-backs.
Taking my business elsewhere:
Higher speed.
More services and for a fiver less per month.
Don't use this one!

NDO (www.ndo.com) aren't what they seem, meant to be unlimited, but is infact 30gb a month or they put you on a high bandwidth contention ratio, which means you get rubbish speeds basically.

I've found NDO (www.ndo.com) helpful when I have rung their technical support. However, they are expensive and my connection seemed to drop on a regular basis.

NDO (www.ndo.com) offer a unlimited service, no download limits nothing which I signed up for, asked salesperson if they had any limits or anything they say no, then all of a sudden they come up with this 30gb limit far usage policy rubbish, I paid for a unlimited service I should get that, they have now moved me to a highly contended line so I get 20k.sec and are terminating my contract as I threaten to take legal action! Yet another scam ISP.

NDO is my seventh ISP in the last ten years and probably the best. I chose this ISP because of it's high reputation in the UK ISP Review and I have not been disappointed. You will get good service and a fair price from NDO.

I switched to NDO from BT Broadband because it is £8 a month cheaper. The service is better and you do not have to pay extra to use your mail adress via outlook express.
The NDO support staff kept me informed every step of the way, they are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Most of all they are easy to contact.
I have been with them almost 4 months now and cannot praise them highly enough. I would recomend them to anyone.
