    Bad Points: None, extremely pleasant shopping experience will be back.


    General comments: I bought some cowboy boots over 2 years ago, yes at £95 quite expensive but well that's what you pay for! I'm sorry but if you want something different and not cheap tack then stay away from new look as it seems every teenager and her dog has the same shoes. The staff are always friendly and really go out of their way to help you, one girl offered to collect some shoes for me from solihull on her day off as she was shopping in the area!!

    Yes there will be people that cannot be pleased but out of some of the shops I've been in where you do not get welcomed, acknowledged or just grunted at. This shop surpasses all of them.

    I decided to branch out of my normal boot buyng shops (New Look and Jones) and bought a pair of Stretch boots from Faith the Christmas. I was extremely dismayed when both boots wore holes in the leather of the toes within a month of buying them, and even more upset to be told by their customer satisfaction team that this must be because of the way that I walk! Needless to say I won't be shopping here again, at least the boots I buy for half the price at New Look or DP last the whole winter reg ...

    I can remember the days when if you wanted a good pair of shoes at high street prices Faith or Topshop as where known as in those days was the place to go. Not anymore! Faith have the most mass produced cheap and nasty shoes since the launch of shoe express. The shoes are now so over priced the quality doesn't even come close. I can't even imagine how cheap these shoes really are if the company can afford to sell them on BOGOF offers four times a year at £5 a go. The next time you go in an ...

    Faith sell good quality, unique shoes that you probably wouldn't find elsewhere.They do lots of different colours and staff are always helpful. The shoes are always laid out well and the shops are spacious with lots of mirrors.

    The prices are reasonable, if you went elsewhere to another high street store, you would probably pay more for a shoe that wasnt as nice.

    I have quite a few pairs of shoes from Faith and they have lasted well due to the quality.

    I have bought several shoes from Faith including, black leather low heels for nights out, suede flat casual boots that can be dressed up to add to their effect, flat day wear shoes that I have practically bought in every colour in a soft material, plus a number of leather flat footwear for every day wear. I have never had a problem with the service in the shop or the quality of my goods. I'd reccommend them to anyone for accessibility, cost and quality.

    Faith always offer a great range of shoes, they look fantastic, great colours. Their range is usually quite varied, especially the high heels are worth having a look at. The quality is excellent, I think there's something for every occasion. I bought my favourite pair of shoes from that shop.
