    Good Points: Simple to Thread
    Attractive Design


    Bad Points: If bobbin is threaded completely, it will jam up while you sew, and eat your fabric up in the process


    General comments: The Euro-Pro sewing machine has a huge drawback in my opinion. If you wind your bobbin, and let it stop automatically on its own, the way it is supposed to, and then load it in, it will cause your sewing machine to malfunction, and your fabric will be eaten up, causing a horrible mess. Since you can't load up the bobbin to its full capacity, you end up having to stop and rewind a new bobbin often if you are doing a big project. It is a terrible aggravation. Since there is no customer service in the manual to contact and no customer support to speak of, you will probably never get this issue resolved. I wish I would have researched the product a little more, I would not have bought it. This is just big enough of an inconvenience to keep me from ever wanting another Euro Pro. I have now purchased a Singer, atleast you can get a hold of their customer service reps. Not to mention there are plenty of authorized dealers to contact for service of the product.
