    I am unable to even rate Planet Phone Cards with one star, i only wanted to buy one card for £5 and the min spend is £10, so when i bought 2 x cards at 1 pence for calling a european country using the toll free number, suddenly the rate went up to 13 pence and I ended up having 36 mins available from a £5 card!

    This review applies to Story card Africa only, calling to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Turkey mobile to mobile.
    I have used numerous phone cards over the last 2 years and can recommend. All calls are crystal clear without connection problems. Costs are very cheap when the customer loyalty bonuses are accounted for, calls to the above countries work out to around 5 pence per minute over a 3 month period.     I complained to Planet Phone Cards Customer Services by email, and their response was to tell me to phone another department which was on a premium rate number. I responded by email to say that they should forward my complaint. No further help was forthcoming. As a first time user of phone cards, I did not make a record of my call duration. It was therefore not possible for me to validate what the total minutes were that were actually received on this card.

    Planet Phone Cards is definitely one of the better phone card sites on the web. The web interface was very intuitive and gives a good range of cards to select from. More importantly, I received the PIN for the purchased card the instant the payment cleared, which was within 30 minutes from confirming my purchase from the website. They also handle requests for refunds well, and provide very good feedback on the status of the refund (even for small purchases).

    This phone card website is fantastic for calling cards and international calling cards, great range, and great rates some cards have a discount which make the calling cards even cheaper when making an international telephone call.

    I thought you might like to know about Planetphonecards, they sell a great range of phone-calling cards, cheap international calls, the millenium card is great you get 80 minutes from a pay phone in Spain, as well as great cards from the UK.

    Fantastic international phone card website, easy to use, call calculator to help me work out my call, they have a fantastic range of cards, you don't have to wait for your details like some other websites, they are truly instant.
