Good Points: Friendly staff, great deal, no hassles, helpful when I had some problems.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: Bought a used 53' plate Scenic from Lookers Stockport, salesman could not have been more helpful and sorted a really sound deal - month after delivery couple of issues with rattles and a slight occassional misfire - lent me a car no charge and fixed everthing. Car back valeted and with fuel. Service staff really polite and gave me a free loyalty card!
I will always recommend and use this garage.

I bought as new Renault Clio on June 21st 2006. The interior trim on the seat kept coming adrift. After sending into Lookers Stockport in November 2006 to have the problem sorted, I re-collected the car and they told me that they had re-ordered new seat covers due to manufacturing defect.
I thought "fine, fair enough". I sent the vehicle back in, as I was told the seat covers had arrived. No such thing - when I dropped the car off, no courtesy vehicle was available or anything.

When buying the car from Lookers Stockport Car Dealers it was explained that the key they held had broken but they had ordered one and would contact us in about a week to arrange for it to be coded to the vehicle. After taking our car home we noticed a few problems (Friday). Nothing too major but on a brand new car you expect that things should be right.
