    Good Points: The no-jam bridge key is really a revolutionary improvement. The tone sounds like a Buffet. Cool case.


    Bad Points: None that I could find.


    General comments: DC1 - Forte' - The new Forte' clarinet was just introduced in June, I think, and it has features like the no-jam bridge key which is great for students. The redesigned A key makes G#-A transitions easier. The low E-F are no longer flat with the bell resonance hole. It has solid keywork with a nice feel. Getting the Gennusa mouthpiece with the clarinet saves you from buying a new one right away. Most student clarinet mouthpieces should be thrown away immediately! Tone is superb!

    DC1 - Forte' - This is a cool new clarinet with many features for students. The anti-jam bridge key and the SOFAS alignment system for the bridge key are very useful and prevent damage that students often inflict. The keywork is sturdy and they have added addition supports for the lower keys and trill keys so that they are not easily bent out of position which is a common problem area for student clarinets.
