Good Points: Vitamin K
Bad Points: Usually taste bitter and strong
Often have DIRT on.
General comments: Frozen sprouts are nastey, they really are. They often have the stalk still on up to about 1/2 cm or 1/4" with dirt all over it. You can't get that dirt off because they are rock hard (frozen).
They often taste vile too, while fresh ones often do not.
