    Clean, massive rooms and the cleaning lady did an AMAZING job on our apartment she was an angel! other staff cud do with bein a bit friendlier but overall they were grand. Value for money is alritish but i booked last minute so I duno how that affected it! wouldnt recomend for older people cos ther was a fair few young people getin drunk!..oh dear god the steps, dyin of a hangover in the scorchin sun = not a good idea!! but taxi's are cheap so it was fine. rafters food is lovely and the irish pubs are great fun!..I'd definitely go back again!

    yea clean room, great view, friendly rep. the actual hotel staff werent friendly at all. and i came bak lighter than heavier in weight actually from all those 176 steps up and down to the strip and hotel, oh and go to rafters restaurant opposite hot shots bar, better than mrs.murphys kitchen!

    I feel that the bins should of been collected everyday due to the heat an the smell. Entertainment within hotel leaves alot to be desired. The receptionist at Vista Club Apartments speaks english when he wants to. Food needs to be fresher not a boil in the bag curry and a rubber burger. Guest should be evicted when they cause 2 hours worth of problems and shouting at 4am in the morning. When people spent good money to go on a holiday they expect a speedy response from hotel staff if anti social ...

    Vista Club Apartments, Santa Ponsa is a brillant place my kids luv it stayed there 7/8 times already they want 2 go bk there again in june,,,,,,staff v v vgd last yr brilliant with kids...

    Me and 5 of my friends went to Vista Club on the 27th June for 2 weeks. We are all 18 years old and we had the best time ever!! Would definitely advise people to go, everything about it was brill!!

    Clean but staff were not friendly. Overall the Vista Club Apartments are good, but could do with a makeover to improve whole hotel's atmosphere. I would recommend.

    The holiday at Vista Club Apartments was brilliant and I would honestly recommend it to everyone!! There are loads of shops around and nice places to eat eg Mrs Murphys Kitchen. There is loads of fun for the kids as the entertainers would do fun and games during the day in and around the pool and then do a show in the evening- they were brilliant and made an effort to get to know everyone. The beach is really nice and clean and the weather was brilliant!!

    We(2 Adults, 3 Children: 14, 13, 4) went to the Vista Club apartments on Aug 21st for 1 week. It was one of our best holidays so far. We booked through JWT and flew out from Cork. Cork was very quiet so there wasn't much queuing. We flew into Palma and the Vista Club apartments were approx. 20 minutes from here. There was mainly Irish people staying at the Vista Club.     Brilliant holiday, party of 6 all aged 21, male and female. These apartments were very cheap to stay in but were very nice, no complaints about them.
    Yes there are steps down but they are no bother, beach is class too! People writing bad reviews are complainers - lethal holiday!!

    In view of my above comments I would certainly not recommend the Vista Club Apartments in Santa Ponsa to couples or people trying to have a good but relaxing holiday!!

    I had a wonderful nightlife spot at this time of the year. Half of the clubs/nightlife spots were still closed. For a young couple, this is definitely not the choice spot, as most events are planned and the entertainment only caters to young children and their parents. I did not think the front desk staff were very knowledgeable or helpful when it came to planning stuff outside the club, except for the stuff they were heavily promoting.     The Vista Club Apartments are very spacious and comfortable, views of the Bay from your terrace can be panoramic if you are in a higher apartment.     EXCELLENT! We went in May (Easter week) and had a fantastic time! Entertainment excellent, especially the hypnotist in the bar! Located close to all bars/clubs. Taxi to nearby Magaluf only a few Euros if you want a change of scene! Irish bars, Karaoke bars, you name it, Santa Ponsa has it! Excellent choice for eating out too. It really had it all. I'm not so sure I'd go in peak season, but at Easter it would be suited for families or young couples.

    I would recommend the Vista Club Apartments to families with younger children as the entertainment for kids was good! I would have preferred my stay in the Vista Club if the apartments were equipped with air conditioning. I also felt that the steps were very dangerous and caused loads of injuries! None of the building was wheelchair or pram friendly and the drinks were also very overpriced in the bar!

    I had three children with me, and they enjoyed it at the Vista Club Apartments in Santa Ponsa. They made lots of friends. It was out third time at the Vista Club, and we will definitely go back, The entertainment is very good, and there are lovely views of the beach and pool. Rooms 520 and 540 have the best sea and pool view. They are 2 bedroom apartments!

    On the 10th of August my sister, my 2 year old nephew, my 1 year old nephew, my boyfriend and I all arrived at the Vista Club Apartments. Although we requested a ground floor apartment when booking because of the children, the apartment we received was 4 floors down.
