    On 2nd October I ordered curtains(cost - £552.80)which took two trips to the shop because the person who dealt with curtains would not be in the shop until Thursday. We returned on Thursday and placed an order having waited because the said person was at lunch. Today I have tried to contact the curtain department again and once again she is at lunch. We have to drive from Coulsdon into Croydon to collect the curtains and because we are elderly I asked if they could be delivered - 'wait for the curtain person' I also wanted to ask if we did have to collect them if it was still possible to drive to the back door and have them put in the car. And still I wait. This is not what is expected from a shop like Allders.
