I have been waiting two and a half weeks for the item I ordered from Speciality Linens and have yet to hear from them that it was delivered. They do not offer any way to track your order. I've tried to contact them by phone and I always get an automated recording and instead of putting me on hold they hang up on me. I've emailed the company twice with no response. VERY poor customer service.

Customer service is the poorest I've ever encountered. I've never been treated like this anywhere in all my shopping online. I do not recommend Speciality Linens.

THEY ARE THE BEST Specialtylinens.com is an awesome online store, in fact it is about the best online store I have visited and bought from. I would recommend it to everyone. They have about anything and everything to chose from. My order came quickly in the Christmas rush, and the people that worked there were just as nice as can be. I recommend it to everyone. The quality of their linens and bedding is amazing.

I had a great experience with specialtylinens.com. There was easy ordering, peasant people, the product arrived quickly and was just as described. Very good quality for a great price. I'll definitely be using this company again. They've made me a customer!
