I've been with fido for 3 years and am very happy with my service for both my cell phone & my tablet.When I first called around for a cell phone plan the fido represantitive was the only one who gave me the optioms right for my needs.Any SMALL problems I've had have been dealt with quickly, politely, and fairly. My tablet flex plan is the best deal from all the major providers. Without doubt I do recommend fido to anyone. I will also say how great the staff at the fido store are. They have helped me twice with technical problems I didn't know how to fix. (One call centre agent spent quite a while trying to help me, not fixing my issue but getting À for effort.

I have been on Fido for probably 10 years now, having transferred from Telus. The rates are great (i am currently $56/mo with 2GB data and unlimited everything else in Canada). I was originally using a fido locked phone, but wanting my freedom, i bought an unlocked samsung s2, just so i could leave for another carrier if i wanted to. But I never did. The call quality is great, and I very very rarely have any dropped calls, and the rates can't be beat for the features. In the early days, the phone selection was weak and the phone plans not up to snuff for business use. But that has all changed. What prompted me to write this was just getting off an online chat (which is a great thing - hate calling into customer/sales support) about the recent wireless home phone service for $10/month. I will be transferring a landline to this service just to see if i like it well enough. But the chat feature is great because the techs have always been prompt and knowledgeable, unlike the experiences that i've had on a phone call to customer service. So, to sum it up, the current fido pros are: great customer support using online chat, fantastic plan rates. What i'd like from fido is: vmail to email feature, better coverage on highways in B.C., better roaming voice/text/data plans (when in the US - still too expensive). I am always ready to switch, but have never found a reason. I have grown to like them better and better over the years due to their responsiveness and competitiveness.

I am with mobilcity$54.00 a month no contract unlimited talk text data with 20 G of fast speed internet.If you need data this is a good plan .trust me I tried most of the high end mobil companies,coverage area is not good , but service and data is pretty good...

I have been with Fido for six months now and absolutely love the customer service I have been given. This is why customers stay. I trsnsferred from Koodo. $120 a moth now I pay $75 a month which is unlimited calling in Canada. 5cents a minute to the USA from Canada and when I travel to the USA I just add a package of my chosing which includes calling and roaming for $10 and I have no issues. This is five service and care. Communication with them is what they want and they work with you when life happens...Definite Keeper carrier.
