“Bad customer service”

tried to exchange a xmas present for a different size but was not allowed without a receipt although it was still labelled with their name on it. returned a few days later with a receipt but they refused to refund my card because it wasn't signed, they expected me to go home , sign the card and come back another day , so I just popped out side signed it and went back in , I was served by a different member of staff , but the manager was signing to her behind my back to not do the refund… Read Full Review

“Beware buying Christmas present from here”

I bought my granddaughter a pair of black trainers for Christmas which cost £60 from the Merry Hill centre. When she opened her present she said she had wanted the white. So I took them back on the 28 dec to be told that cannot exchange Christmas presents till the following week. This we did last Thursday 8 jan. Expecting a straight forward swap. I took a north face hoodie into the store expecting to either exchange for the size I wanted or receive a full refund if size not available. despite having the gift receipt and checking the date was valid I was told that a gift receipt would NOT entitle me to a refund, all I was offered was a gift card. I am furious because the gift receipt effectively is useless. Ordered some trainers online for my son as he desperately wanted them for the start of school on Tuesday. I ordered them on Saturday and paid £5.99 for Next day delivery. “Next day delivery!? More like next week!!”

Payed £105 for a pair of trainers online that said 'free next day delivery with this item' that was Thursday morning when the order was placed. My wife waited in all day Friday so as you can imagine she was not impressed.
