Good Points: absolutely none
Bad Points: returns policy
General comments: bought son pair of trainers from rochdale store, after 5 weeks i took them back because the velcro fastener had ripped of completely (he only wore them for best and still in new condition), i was informed that anything returned after 28 days had to go to inspection, after asking to read this policy i read in black and white that i was entitled to refund or exchange because ANYTHING RETURNED AFTER 90 DAYS must be sent to inspection. wont go shopping there again when this matter is resolved. absolutely fuming.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of stock. There was no sign of management on the shop floor, but the staff were still greeting and helping customers. Although, I had to wait several minutes at the till to pay for my goods, the staff apologised greatly. I had no problems returning unworn goods to JD Sports two weeks later.

I bought an Adidas tracksuit from JD Sports and decided it wasn't suitable. When I tried to return it 8 days later, with the receipt, I was told that it had gone down in a sale and I could not have the full amount refunded. I would have to have the amount it had gone down to put back an my card and the rest on a gift card.
I would never have bought it if I'd known that was their policy. I will now NEVER return to JD sports because of their absurd 'terms and conditions'.

I got trainers for Christmas that were too small rang JD Sports where they were purchased and was told not to take them back till the 28th of December, I drove 11 miles to my nearest store on the 28th to be told' no they cannot be changed untill the 29th of Deember.
I asked for the manager who was not available.
On the 29th I drive 13 miles to another JD store I choose another pair of trainers which were £10 more and guess what because I did not have the receipt they would not exchange t ...

JD Sports: I love JD! Whenever I have shopping money I go straight to JD! It has all the clothes in the style that I wear and there are so many things to choose from! JD also has a great range of trainers! I'm always in the Echo suits!

JD Sports is a great Sports shop. I think its the best one yet, value for money, great staff really nice and friendly. The layout of the shop is one of the best lay outs yet I have see in a Sports shop. I would reccomend everyone to go to this Sports Shop - it's the best yet!

After getting tsk at by a member of staff when asking for correct shoe sizes i was left waiting and then nothing. I ended up buying 1 pair from the JD shop down the road but if not pressurised by my child I would not have bothered. I don't know how they stay in business. I will not be going back to JD.
