    i think jd sports returns policy is soooooo bad, they are so black and white, they say if no receipt, can't exchange even if you only want to swap the item for a different size. The bluewater store has terrible customer service, and so does the main customer service helpline. I do not recommend this shop at very rude.

    I bought pair nike trainers 15 aug discovered my son couldnt were them on 15 oct as they have piece of metal sticking out back into one heel. Took them back to shop were after being interogated about receipt wanting to see card I bought them from I was also told they needed to be sent for inspection, although I had them for les than 90 days which on reading reviews here is their policy. Anyhow I dont think this is legal the shoes are faulty abnd I am entitled to a refund. I will never shop ...

    The logo came off the sweatshirt after one wash. JD Sports would not exchange the item as I no longer had the receipt. I will never shop there again. Their goods have always been overpriced but now they are shoddy too.

    I recently bought a nike man bag from JD Sports. The ordering process was quick and easy and i have had no problems with the product. as this was not over 70 pounds it was not free delivery but it only took a week to come and i will definately be using this site again.

    i went to JD Sports and got a pair of tracksuit bottoms and wen i got home there didnt fit so i tryed to exchange then just to the next size down and because the lady at the till didnt give me a reciept there said i still couldnt change them i always go there for clothes but i will no longer be useing them and its not like i wanted a refund and the tags are still intact

    bought son pair of trainers from rochdale store, after 5 weeks i took them back because the velcro fastener had ripped of completely (he only wore them for best and still in new condition), i was informed that anything returned after 28 days had to go to inspection, after asking to read this policy i read in black and white that i was entitled to refund or exchange because ANYTHING RETURNED AFTER 90 DAYS must be sent to inspection. wont go shopping there again when this matter is resolved. absol ...

    I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of stock. There was no sign of management on the shop floor, but the staff were still greeting and helping customers. Although, I had to wait several minutes at the till to pay for my goods, the staff apologised greatly. I had no problems returning unworn goods to JD Sports two weeks later.

    I bought an Adidas tracksuit from JD Sports and decided it wasn't suitable. When I tried to return it 8 days later, with the receipt, I was told that it had gone down in a sale and I could not have the full amount refunded. I would have to have the amount it had gone down to put back an my card and the rest on a gift card.

    I would never have bought it if I'd known that was their policy. I will now NEVER return to JD sports because of their absurd 'terms and conditions'.

    I got trainers for Christmas that were too small rang JD Sports where they were purchased and was told not to take them back till the 28th of December, I drove 11 miles to my nearest store on the 28th to be told' no they cannot be changed untill the 29th of Deember.
    I asked for the manager who was not available.
    On the 29th I drive 13 miles to another JD store I choose another pair of trainers which were £10 more and guess what because I did not have the receipt they would not exchange t ...

    JD Sports: I love JD! Whenever I have shopping money I go straight to JD! It has all the clothes in the style that I wear and there are so many things to choose from! JD also has a great range of trainers! I'm always in the Echo suits!

    JD Sports is a great Sports shop. I think its the best one yet, value for money, great staff really nice and friendly. The layout of the shop is one of the best lay outs yet I have see in a Sports shop. I would reccomend everyone to go to this Sports Shop - it's the best yet!

    After getting tsk at by a member of staff when asking for correct shoe sizes i was left waiting and then nothing. I ended up buying 1 pair from the JD shop down the road but if not pressurised by my child I would not have bothered. I don't know how they stay in business. I will not be going back to JD.

    JD Sports This shop has a great selection of sports clothes and shirts; they seem to overprice most of the stock.
