We went to the JD SPORTS OXFORD STREET store to buy track pants today. The women's section was at the lower ground floor, we selected 2 track pants and wanted to try them before buying them. Asked a member of staff (Was a supervisor or a Manager and not a floor staff) about Trail Rooms and he said they were on the ground floor. Been trying to order a few items off JD online - £250 worth which means i get free NEXT DAY delivery - Day 1 tried to order, 'add to basket' tab wont work on Laptop, PC, or Phone - Day 2 tried to order, 'select size' tab wont work on Laptop, PC, or Phone - Day 3 tried to order, 'process payment' screen times out after entering card details. I bought trainers from Colliers Wood JD Sport last sunday,same day I found that the left shoe is about 5mm smaller then right one. I went there today to have it exchanged for another pair but have been refused!!!!!!!!! They said they have to send it for an inspection!!!-NEw unused shoes!!! Today I went into Milton Keynes jd sports store I wanted to return a pair of Adidas trainers which I purchased on 31st January 2013. I ordered my husband a nike tracksuit online on 15 december for christmas. I paid the £50 via paypal. The tracksuit was too big and so i took it back to the store to exchange for a smaller size. They would not take back the goods on boxing day (fair enough!) but they wouldnt refund in store anyway as we paid on paypal. A very similar thing happened to me. After returning the goods, it took nearly 6 weeks for the refund to arrive. The customer support really do think that its a joke when you complain. I believe we had the pleasure of [name removed], they are an absolute joke and I will not buy from then ever again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Netharlands on the 25th the package was sent on the 26th and I receieved the package today. I e mailed them and they said "I'm sorry to say that your order has been cancelled by our security review team. I purchased a pair of Lunar Hypderdunk Basketball Boots online from JD Sports as a Christmas gift for my basketball playing son. I paid for next day delivery and received the item. I bought a pair of Nike New Fusion Run trainers. I said I did about 15 miles a week running, and asked whether these were "serious running shoes" and they said yes (I do about 15 miles a week). They felt comfortable and well padded, and so last night I tried them out and ran 5 miles and found to my disappointment that they were NOT serious running shoes. I just want everyone to know how disgusting JD sports are treating customers!!! We have 2 pair of trainers that were bought as I present for Jonah 18mth old at Xmas. They are too small. We have tired to exchange today with boxes and receipt to find we only had till the 6th!!!! No one is prepared to offer an exchange...customer services didn't want to know. I could not agree with you more. See my review on the very very very poor returns policy of JD Sport. Very cynical and very aware of the fact that once they have sold you an item you have virtually no chance especially over the Christmas period to return the item for an exchange or refund. It will cost JD Sports dearly over the long run - I for one will NEVER do business with them again.

Worst customer service and overly priced stock compared to other retailers like sportsdirect. When asked for required size they didn't even care to tell if they have stock available or not, and the answer I got was "wait until someone tells you ( cannot guarantee that some one will answer even after waiting for 30mins ) or go for another store". Ordered items online on Dec 3rd. Spent £125, next day delivery. Sure enough parcel came addressed to me, however items were for a customer in Scotland. I ordered £150 worth of sportswear and used PayPal to pay. Their website doesn't warn you that if you pay by PayPal you cannot return to store for refund or even exchange. I was forced to post items back to the depot which cost a fortune, but as I couldn't get to the store within 14 days I had to get an exchange. I am so disappointed to be treated the way I have by such a well established company. I orded several items from JD sports and the parcel arrived promptly, one item was missing and this was acknowledged on the invoice, however trying to get my money/refund back for this one item that was out of stock is a whole other story! I`m from Greece and I made two orders! They canceled both orders due to security reasons! In fact the reason was really stupid. The thing is that they had already charged my VISA but I got my refund after 2-3 days. The thing is that for the first order of 119,67 euro I got a refund 117,01 and for the second order of 128,71 I got a refund of 124,58. In fact I lost 6,79 euro for their stupidity. I was in the store yesterday, its clean and very tidy. The young lady on the fitting rooms was lovely very helpful and genuine. Asked if I needed anything at all whilst always smiling even when the store was busy. I asked if she'd worked their long and she said only a week, well done JD employing someone who actually cares about customers. I ordered an Adidas product three days ago and I today, recieved an email saying it is out of stock yet in the time I ordered it, it was and I just checked out the jacket on the website and it is in stock so I don't know what's happening, it is a mistaken email or they're just saying it's out of stock when it isn't. Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line for next day delivery. I recently bought some converse shoes from JD for a birthday present. Having opened the shoes, it was evident that the shoes didn't fit so i went to return them to the JD in Warrington. The staff accused me of wearing the shoes but they wouldn't return them. I asked for the manager and she refused to even come down from her office. Having bought a pair of Mckenzie zero shoes for my son to wear to school was disappointed to find that after only 3 weeks wear they had holes in the heel.Phoned store to complain and was told that as no longer had receipt they could not exchange/refund as I couldn't prove they had been bought at jd (even though they are sold exclusively by them).Shop assistant admitted a pair had been returned only the day before with the same complaint.Definitely don't recommend shoes or store. Grandson, 17, bought special 'Olympic' poloshirt exclusive to JD Sports. Blue collar dye ran into shirt and the material the collar is made of started fraying. Returned to shop but they will do nothing about it because he does not have the receipt. Never known a shop to have this policy which, in my opinion, is archaic. Will never use the shop again. I ordered 2 tshirts from the website, they arrived the following day, I was impressed with the speed of delivery. I opened the package and on looking at the tshirts was initially impressed with the quality of them. I then took the first one out of it's wrapper and was surprised to find that it had two large black circular security tags attached to it. I experienced something similar with Bank, who are part of JD. Really poor customer service. Think this sports chain will soon be following JJB into demise.
