Dont buy here - treadmill bought in store knew i lived first floor flat - delivery day they are meant to ring you when on route - my delievery time 7 am - 10.30 - they dont ring me they arrive 6.40 a man and women - wont deliever to my flat ? even though person i bought off knew i lived first floor - had to ring my dad to get help to deliver it upstairs took half an hour of hard slog to get it upstairs - am so upset - rang store no assitance offered with my complaint - DONT BUY NOTHING BUT... Bought this one wood from jjb for £50 down from £100. Thought i was getting a good deal. Took it to my local driving range and on my 3rd ever hit, the top cracked !! took it back to jjb but they will not refund it. They just say its my fault, stay away from waterlooville jjb !! Their customer service is awful, once they have your money theres no going back. Very dissapointed. (read more)

Quite possibly the worst shop I have ever visited, no customer service whatsoever. The store is really oddly laid out so difficult to find anything, and hardly any staff on the shop floor - was also very messy. Stood and waited nearly 20 minutes with a trainer in my hand (wanted to try the other shoe on before buying) and was frequently ignored by members of staff, all of whom looked about 16 and have no customer skills whatsoever. I had to have my running shoes replaced. One part of the sole was coming unstuck after 3 weeks. Obviously a production fault.
I took them to a different JJB branch and left with an apology and a new pair of shoes within 5 minutes. That is pretty good customer service to me. (read more)

I have mixed impressions about JJB. They completely failed to deliver shoes during Christmas sale last year. It took them five days to let me know that a product was not in stock.
However, there are pretty good during no sale periods.
I ordered a pair of shoes for just £35 (could not find them cheaper anywhere) and they were delivered free of charge. I placed an order on Sunday and shoes were with me on Tuesday delivered by courier. Quite impressive however the retailer still needs to... (read more)

Recently paid £299 for set of great big ezee golf clubs from JJB Sports, now within 10 weeks of these brand new clubs being on the market they are £199 ??
They have no thouught on how customers feel who get stitched for £100 more,
the clubs are good quality but please, £100 less in 10 weeks !! will be having a chat with customer service and if no joy, trading standards (read more)

There is nothing good about how JJB trades, I went in my JJB in Bury and there is nothing in there what I would spend my money on, I think the main reason for is they don't know what the costumer wants;

if its sportswear inspired clothing/trainers e.g adidas originals or nike sportswear go to JD or footasylum, the selections plain, boring no selling point, pitiful. (this should be there main costumer)

if its value for money costumer, sports direct has em' beat hands down. (read more)

I always get great service in my local JJB sports, the staff always have a smile on their face. Always try to get hold of stock they dont have in. Recently bought some unwanted goods but lost my receipt, produced a bank statement and was given a refund - class. (read more)

I went into my local JJB in North London and was served by a friendly helpful person on every department. Though they were short staffed and all seemed to have pre arranged jobs to do they all took the time out to help me.
The layout on the clothing department was sublime and the department as a whole was well kept.
Others looked slightly worse for wear however, but the staff were still helpful. They also understood that they were selling rubbish stock and couldn't have been more sorry if... (read more)

JJB This is the shop for when your on a tight budget, they don't always have the latest styles, but the prices are very reasonable, the clothing isn't too good at jjb but a good place to buy shoes and trainers. Overall rating good cheep and the assistance is also good. (read more)

You must shop in a one off JJB because all the ones I have been in are rubbish in all areas
