    Bad Points:

General comments: If I was intending going back to Gran Canaria I would definitely try to get the Eugenia Victoria Hotel first because of the helpful staff, location of the hotel, entertainment and food is excellent. Playa del Ingles in general do not have many self service coin laundries which is badly needed if you are staying 2 weeks or more,
We looked forward to meals every night, the choice was fantastic. We had Sirloin steak, fresh salmon, fresh tuna steaks, gigot lamb chops, pork chops, plenty of choice. They even had a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit chopped ready for you to make up your own skewer, Fab!!. The entertainment was different every night we were there (2 weeks) with some prefessional acts on FREE. The resident entertainment team were the best I have ever seen in any hotel.
Also there is FREE internet access, good for keeping in touch with home.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It badly needs a refurbishment. Rooms were dirty, there were mop splash marks on the wall! Electrical socket was broken off the wall, with wires hanging out. Fitted furniture was damaged. Definitely scruffy.
They had overbooked, sending us to their sister hotel elsewhere in Playa Del Ingles for one night. Talking to others at the hotel, this seemed to be a regular occurrence.
The food was fine, a bit limited but not too bad. The restaurant itself how ...

Eugenia Victoria Hotel is a hotel to be avoided at all costs. Cleanliness is not at the top of priority list. Bedroom was dark without windows no aircon. Carpets at lifts had dust balls, hotel has general look of neglect does not warrant any stars stay away!! We requested a move immediately

Beautiful hotel the Eugenia Victoria, pools clean, under ground have amazing treatments the mood room was the best well relaxed.
Food F.A.B, caters for all, STARVING NOW
Oh and the best part you could spot a Brit a mile off and go up to them and YAB. We love them towels, and get the low down and gossip anyway...:>)Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful.
Best holiday to date, cannot wait, have to go asap.

Our second time to the Eugenia Victoria Hotel in three years and I personally think it's got better. Rooms have all now been renovated and are a lot more modern and comfortable, they have installed fans above the beds which is great for at night when trying to sleep. Also they now have Sky Sports 1 in all the rooms (not that my mrs was to chuffed about it). I really do like this hotel, it has everything you need and is situated in a very good location for every need i.e restaurants, English a ...

The entrance of the Eugenia Victoria Hotel was bright and very friendly staff helped you whenever needed.
There is a small lounge near the reception.
4 elevators will take you to your floor.
The interior of the room was very tidy.
Everything was refurnished last year and looked very neat.
At the Drago bar they'll have a happy hour from 8pm till 9pm which gives you 2 drinks for the price of one.
At the Palmeras bar they have live music for the ones who'd like to dance.
    The vital wellness c ...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Eugenia Victoria Hotel for 2 weeks, the last week in June and 1st in July. We had a fabulous time, both the hotel and the resort are very clean and there is plenty to do for couples, families, and people of all ages.

The hotel rooms have a very modern feel to them and are not typical holiday hotel rooms (much better). We had a balcony directly over the pool and from talking to people all balcony's face the pool so no horrible views.

The food at the hotel ...

Playa Del Ingles, Eugenia Victoria Hotel - Only stayed here for one week and did enjoy it. When we arrived we did have to wait 45 mins to check in, which was frustrating after a long night of travelling. Rooms were very big and bathroom was nice but can be a bit dingy, maybe needs a lick of paint and nicer wall pictures. Had great view of pool. Rooms were said to have been refurbished but ours had no fridge (which we had to complain for 2 days until we got it), loose handle on toilet and bathr ...

WE STAYED AT EUGINIA VICTORIA IN MARCH 2003 AND WENT BACK IN MAY 2003 , TWO MONTHS LATER. THE ACCOMMODATION IS BASIC BUT CLEAN. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF FRIENDLY.
THERE ARE NOT THAT MANY FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN WHICH MAKES IT IDEAL WHEN YOU WANT TO PEACEFULLY LOUNGE ROUND THE LARGE POOL TO SUNBATH. THE 'WELLNESS CENTRE', IN THE BASEMENT AREA AND THE GYM IS OUTSTANDING. TRY A MASSAGE, WHICH IS WELL WORTH THE FEW EURO'S YOU HAVE TO PAY. IN TOTAL I WILL CERTAINLY GIVE THE HOTEL A R ...
