“A miracle for "morning" sickness!!”

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and about a week and a half ago my morning sickness started. I couldn't keep anything down, I lost 7 pounds in this short amount of time because I could not consume anything without it coming right back up. I couldn't even drive in a car for long without having to pull over and puke my guts out on the side of the road. “Sea bands”

Sea-Bands are a drug-free way of reliving nausea, travel and morning sickness and they worked. They work by applying continuous pressure by way of a plastic stud on an acupressure point between the two central tendons on the wrist. I suffer from sea sickness and used them recently on a boat trip, I am very impressed with the Sea-bands and will be keeping hold of them for more boat trips in the future (read more)

When you have a child who gets travel sick, it can make any journey seem endless, but since discovering Sea-Band bands the worry has gone, they are safe to use and work by using acupressure. You can put them on before or as you are travelling. Not only do they work for travel sickness, but morning sickness as well. So we were really impressed by them. (read more)

We used these as my eldest son suffers badly from car sickness and nausea on long journeys. He has found that wearing the bands regularly gives him significant relief from the nausea. He is also happier to use the bands than he is to take tablets. He liked the camouflage effect on the bands and felt they were trendy enough to wear but he did say he would have liked them more if they were linked to popular music. Having suffered badly with nausea during my pregnancy I discovered Seabands. They made the sick feeling considerably better almost straight away and I loved the fact that they are a natural remedy. I have also used Seabands for travel sickness relief for my children in the car and they love the coloured 'bracelets'. They are easy to fit and have a diagram with the packet to help. I have suffered with travel sickness since I was a child, on long journeys. Unusually this sometimes happens even when I am the driver. Using these bands has helped me to ease my sickness when I am the passenger in the car (even when sitting in the back) and I haven't felt sick when being the driver either. Whenever we go in the car my middle daughter always complains that she feels ill, no matter how short the journey, however with the sae bands we no longer hear any m oans or groans. She is so impressed with them at the age of eight that she takes them with her in her schoolbag, just in case she feels ill at school. I cannot fault them and it has made my journeys so much quieter, thankyou Sea Bands. (read more)

I was sent to review these a few weeks ago, and it was at the time when I was just a few weeks pregnant. Wearing these on a regular basis definitely helped me not being so sick. Sometimes I slept wearing them too. (read more)

I use these regularly and they have always worked for me. I have a phobia of being sick and I have not been sick since I was 2yrs old. I believe these have helped me and would recommend them. (read more)

I've been suffering with morning sickness and honestly didn't think that these things would work. My husband said it's a load of rubbish. All I know is the one day I had them off (yesterday) I was as sick as a anything the whole day long! Couldn't move or eat a thing without being sick. My daughter is newly pregnant and has had morning, afternoon and evening sickness. She's been so sick she couldn't hold anything down. I went and purchased the Sea-Bands for her and brought them home. Within minutes she was no longer feeling sick and was able to eat. This is the best ten bucks I've spent in a long time! They may not work for everyone, but they sure worked for us and in the long run they're going to be a lot cheaper than ginger. :) (read more)

These bands are the best thing ever!!!!!!!!! I brought them about 3 years ago for travelling with and they 100% work, and now im 11 weeks pregnant and ive got them constantly on, and not one bout of sickness the whole time. Personally i think if your struggling with them not working, adjust them as you may not have the ball correctly on the pressure point. I also find if i so feel slightly sick press on them and it stops it. (read more)

So i'm sceptical about these things but my sister gave it to me for free and so why not try?
I'm a spewer - bad. I spewed on the way from London to New Forest for god sake.
So I went to bhutan and the way to get around the country is by car - their is only one airport. anyone who knows bhutan knows that it's Himalayas and so windy roads.
I had these babies on and i was fine! I forgot to put them on and I was NOT fine, beginnings of the headache part.

Im a student pilot in flight training and always got sick whether I went into light turbulence or or did maneuvers like steep turns and stalls where i would get so sick that attempting to fly the plane without assistance was impossible. Federal Aviation Regulations does not allow us to use over the counter drugs like Dramamine to get rid of motion sickness, so i decided to give these a shot and couldn't believe how much they have helped. They are great. I have been suffering with Morning Sickness the last 3 days and was actually sick today. Went out to the chemist and bought a Sea Band, and within 5 minutes I was feeling much better! Possibly the only downside is, I can imagine they can be quite tight. I have small wrists so they don't really bother me but I can imagine anyone with larger wrists may possibly have problems. Brilliant! Definitely get some as they really do help! (read more)

They did not work for me. I tried them for a 4 hour car trip. Within 15 minutes my ears felt plugged and within 30 minutes I felt dizzy and unbalanced. I took them off, but the dizziness and plugged ears lasted for two days. (read more)

I am a private pilot who could not sit in the right hand seat without feeling ill, now I do it all the time. Sea-Band for travel sickness have transformed my life. Every time I travelled in a car I felt the same. Now I can even read whilst travelling in the back. These things really work! Buy some - you won't regret it! (read more)

If you suffer from morning sickness, you won't lose out by trying them. They certainly work for me and are a god send. I have been on jury service this week and I was able to sit through the long cases without feeling sick and made it home every day on the train without illness. Great value for money, mostly comfortable and you can forget all about them. Worth a shot! (read more)

I found the Sea-Band for travel sickness to be an absolute godsend after suffering with constant pregnancy nausea. They worked within a minute of putting them on, and provided such relief. I leave them by my bed at night and if I wake feeling queezy, I put them on, and soon feel able to get up and face the world. (read more)
