I was on vacation in Canada and became congested. Sent hubby to store to get my usual nasal spray but they didn't have it. So, he bought Otrivin Menthol. I wish I could buy this stuff at home (NC). It is the best nasal spry I've ever used.

I've always found that relief from nasal congestion is immediate with Otrivine. It's great before bed, helps with sleep. I consider it a must for winter. And because it acts locally, there's less side effects. I often use it in conjuction with asprin if I also have a headache.

well ive used loads of nasal sprays and i must say one spritz in each nostril and it worked! was very stuffy and sounded like i had a full blown cold ! used the otrivine and now its fine
