Found that this is the best product to use for a cold/allergies/sinuses! I suffer with my sinuses on a regular basis and always have at least one full blown cold every couple of months, especially in the summer when allergies are high. This unblocks my nose within 5 minutes and i can actually breath through my nose completely clearly! I severely suffer with hay fever and this is the only allergy relief that has worked. genuinely is great stuff, i don't understand why people have wrote bad about it maybe there not reading how to use it or maybe need a higher dosage!! (read more)

I normally buy Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray which is brilliant but Boots didnt have any so they assured me that this had the same 'ingredients' and would do the job just as well. NO IT DOESNT - having used it twice I still cant breath so not looking forward to a night of sitting bolt upright in bed trying to get some sleep. Dont waste your money (read more)

I've always found that relief from nasal congestion is immediate with Otrivine. It's great before bed, helps with sleep. I consider it a must for winter. And because it acts locally, there's less side effects. I often use it in conjuction with asprin if I also have a headache. (read more)

I decided to buy some nasal spray for the first time in my life! Otrivine works exceptionally well and relieves the horrible and debilitating symptoms of blocked synises, congested tubes and the like. I recommend this product to many people.... but be warned...perhaps peculiar to me- but otrivine depressed me. Although I enjoyed the instantaneous relief of the nasal spray, after a few days usage I experienced the oddest sensation of gentle waves of darkness lapping at my heels. Strange but true. Otrivine Adult Menthol Nasal Spray is absolutely amazing, complete relief from a blocked nose quite scary how effective they are but brilliant just before sleeping as breathing becomes easy, they clear within 5 minutes! I've used Otrivine Adult Menthol Nasal Spray and so has my partner on several occasions. I've found that this is a good product from a name you can trust. I formerly only knew this from their baby products, but must say this was a good adult product from them which helped clear my nose. (read more)
