Only one probem in five years use. Lost broardband connection for three days. Work being done on line.

I am a fan of this internet provider. I have a package which consists of free calls to landlines national and international, anytime. I buy my line rental through them and I have unlimited downloads all this for £28 per month. I have received many calls from other providers and when I describe what I get with tiscali talk talk they agree that they cannot match this nor offer me a cheaper price for what I am getting! I reccommend this package to everyone I know. I have no concerns what so ever.

i would recommend it to all my family n friends, as i myself work for tiscali ie talk talk as i have seen the pain and efforts taken by every one in the company, obviously not everything will work according to the way we need coz there are company policies that we have to stick to. b ut if we have a closer look n see wat happens inside. its really gr8, we take care of each n every customer. if any customer is not getting broadband for few days or phoneline is not active for few days the company can remove those charges if the customer complains, also the customer is called back right the next day. if he is facing some problem, not only this we also help the customer with third party devices. which the agent will check for on the website. and accordingly help the customer, wat more u expect if u dont like an agents service u may even complain, the agent is put on training n then u can be rest assured that such thing will never happen again.....

Well my experience has been pretty positive. I've been with Tiscali since 2004, and have only lost connection perhaps ten times in all those years. Rang them twice this afternoon to ask for a new modem, got through each time with no waiting, new modem on it's way, (I hope!). Download speed is currently 5MB, slightly under UK average but not bad. And they're cheap.

I would describe this as a reliable, a helpful, a fast and a cheap friendly service for all family and friends.

The connection speed isn't that good, however overall the connection works and impress the normal internet user.

My phone went down on Friday 12th March, I contacted customer services on Saturday, they guided me through a series of tests and eventually I had a phone line, but of poor quality. An engineer called today to improve the service. I could not ask for better service.

I must congratulate Tiscali for their excellent broadband service and phone service. If I have had any problems and when i do go through to customer service i get excellent help. It seems that most people only write a review if they get poor service maybe? Tiscali deserve some praise too..

I ordered this over the phone. The lady I spoke to was polite and professional. My phone line was set up on time and then the router arrive 2 days early. I am pleased with the speed also.
I am very pleased with the service I have received. Well recommend Tiscali Broadband.

Okay I've read so many negative reviews for this internet provider and half of them are just people getting in a mood and writing a review to vent their anger.

The customer service has been excellent apart they always get my problems resolved quickly which is more than I can say for companies like AOL!

The service is excellent and I certainly don't want Tiscali to lose customers when alls it takes is a simple phone call and some patience to fix your internet.

I've had Tiscali since October 2006 and only just had my first problem with it today...and it was actually my fault! Well, despite the long holding queue on the phone, the guy at the other end (yes, in India) was fantastic and got the problem sorted straight away!

Very good uptime hardly ever down, fast, cheap. Everything you could ever want =D. The customer service isn't very good when you want to move house. I will stay with Tiscali for a very long time I think!!!
