    Since Tiscali was taken over by Talk Talk the service has really gone down hill.I am now in the process of looking for a new provider.Warning to anyone else DO NOT TOUCH,EVEN WITH A BARGE POLE.

    shocking stay well clear of.
    will never use them again.
    The service was disgraceful,
    The connection reliability was so bad (I had better connection on my mobile phone) worse than dial up in the old days.
    Issues never resolved.
    Call centres in another country with poor line connection could not understand them nor here them 48min on hold at one point
    Was told to buy a new router when nothing was wrong with my own

    Absolutely appalling!! I hsve never had such a pooor serviice, even when I first used dial up. Tiscali should be ashamed. I have reported the appalling service to OFTEL, along with many other users, NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER!. Note I have rated them as low as possible! ( IO tried nil, but it wouldn't accepot!)

    NEVER EVER USE TISCALI!!!! we moved house, the broadband never got connected, despite repeated reassurances that it would whenever we called customer services (it typically took between 30 and 45 minutes to get connected and the service team never quite seemed to understand what i was asking for) i called 11 times, yes 11, and nothing happened. not only that but after all the hassle, i was then billed for the service i never received! i was told i couldn't not pay it, i had to pay in order to ca ...

    First of all the reliability is never reliable, half the time it does not come on, sometimes it has to do with the router, which again is very cheap and does not work at most of the times. The C. Service is very poor aswell, i call up the broadband and they direct me to an international line(India) and the technicians themselves do not know what to do with me.     I have been with Tiscali for 3 years. I have their Tiscali Max (upto 8mb Broadband plus telephone line rental and anytime calls all for just under £30).

    Apart from Broadband speed issues, a common problem it seems with most providers, I have been very happy with Tiscali service. It has proved to be very reliable.

    The next development may be what effect the Talk Talk take over will have on the Tiscali service? I hope little or none.

    I am Tiscali customer last few years. i used the internet very rarely. so i dont care about the speed or any other service. in some un avoidable circumstance my service had some problem and i contacted there customer service.     Poor customer service,technical engineers dont keep any appointment,calls to technical support are charged at 10p/min and takes hours before some one will help,Very low speed,chearging extra money,fake promotions,value of money is really rubbish, dear any new internet user never ever sign up with Tiscali.co.uk,Don't go near Tiscali - you have been warned!

    Poor customer service, appalling speed and reliability. Technical support takes 3-4 weeks to sort out technical faults. calls to technical support are charged at 10p/min and takes hours before some one will help (if they charge 10p/min why answer quickly). technical engineers dont keep any appointments and can wreck your computer, I have had bad experiences. I was with tiscali for 3 yrs and switched last week and will never ever sign up with them again.

    Most RUBBISH in UK. Poor Customer Care and not reliable. If any other Chance dont go for this. No tech. support. Very low speed. Lack of co-ordination inside each department. High pay number for customer care and not getting connection for long tme. If connected no reliable answer, and no co-ordination in each department. Overall vary vary Poor.

    I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemies.

    The internet they provide is intermittent to say the least and when you have an issue you have to ring a number that will add another £50 a year to you bill minimum, and remember you have to call them every 2 month when you have a problem so your not really paying them 10-15 pounds a month.

    and i've been with them for about 5 years but due to time and work i have yet to move ISP but i will soon as there are alot better providers out there.

    The price may look very appealing from tiscali, but the service is pathetic. They will do whatever it takes to scam your money. Once they take it, you won't get it back.

    Shockingly poor service. Inaccessible more often than not. Appalling 'customer services'. Couldn't be worse. Don't go near Tiscali - you have been warned!

    Tiscali Broadband have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I canceled the account early and the representative told me that we would not have to pay the remaining length of our contract due to our circumstances. We where then charged for 2 months of broadband even after our phone line was canceled. I then spent hours on the phone to customer services and even had to send a letter to obtain a refund at which point they told me they would nor refund as we were in a contract.

    I have been with TISCALI for some years now and have had little or no problems with them and have always found their call centre staff to be most helpful. I have been satisfied with the 4.6 - 6 Mbps (varying) and have found out to my cost and wasted time that certain other providers promise great things but do not deliver, (also watch their small print!). I am happy to stay with TISCALI Broadband, and to be honest cannot see the point in switching to another provider.

    I cancelled Tiscali two months ago only to get a letter this morning asking for my card details because my current card expired. Phoned them up and they said even though broadband was cancelled the phone wasn't and that "we should have mentioned it before" Apparently I need to ask BT to remove the Carrier Pre Select or something, so the nightmare continues...
