    Good Points: Nice pools, good size room, kitchen had all equipment e.g toaster kettle microwave etc, friendly staff, good nightlife n lovly resturants offering a great selection of meals and a great beach.


    Bad Points: Our sink in bathroom smelt!! Cardiac hill.


    General comments: Me and my fiance went on the 24th of sept 08 for a week both in our 20s we had a lovely relaxing time despite reading some bad reports, due to reading these bad reports we were very wary so we tuck our bank cards and only tuck the money out we needed we also carried our valubles around with us this gave us piece of mind. Entertanment at the complex was ok. At the bottom off Cardiac hill you can go left are right both offer plenty off bars, club, resturants (english, chinese, tex mex etc), and shops.The beach is at the bottom of cardiac hill which is very nice the sea is clear.The weather was great one of the days was over 30oc, a couple of the days it was cloudy but it was still really hot!!

    My wife and I had 2 weeks in the Atlantis and had a marvelous holiday. The apartment we were alocated (No 250) was large, bright and spacious, overlooking the top swimming pool. We had no problems during our holiday but the apartment lacked basics such as a tin opener, bread knife, dust pan and brush etc and the maids were only in 3 times in the fortnight with the bed only being changed once, but overall it was very good.

    Nice pool. Was put at the back of the complex. Next to a very noisy apartment.. The place in general was clean but not as clean as it should have been. The entertainment was poor

    We are a family of 5 we are about to go back for a third year running. We know it requires some updating but on the whole these are great apts close to everything you need to make a great family holiday. Great food places and a great bar at the bottom of the hill. What more could you ask for.

    definitely reccomend to families with children but not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to number of steps in property and the steephill leading to the beach.

    Although being no more than a short walk from the excellent beach and some of probably the best food outlets and bars in Lanzarote, hardly anything can be heard, providing a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Food in the complex restaurant is excellent as was the Take away service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Pool is excellent using very little or no chlorene, but plenty of local Salt. Great for all ages. Car hire is available from several ...

    Lanzarote was great. Once you accept there is a North East wind every day of about 25 - 30 km, you can go ahead and plan for activities. Being a cyclist, I rented a nice hybrid Trek from Bike Station in Costa Teguise, which he delivered to Puerto del Carmen. The prevailing wind determined the direction of cycling each day in order to come back with the wind.     We had a great holiday, children's entertainer was brilliant with the kids and really encouraged them to join in, bar staff were very friendly and were always cleaning away empty glasses and cleaning tables. This was my first holiday abroad and I have booked up again for next year at same resort and apartments.

    Where do you start the Los lomas apartments were disgusting the beds were so uncomfortable they were never changed in the week we stayed. The cleanliness of the apartments left a lot to be desired. In the brochure it said that the beds were changed 5 times a week!. There was no cleaning facilities like a broom. There was a bad boys house at the back of the apartment which was very noisy went on all evening and throughout the night. There was work being done on the complex which was done just out ...

    The accommodation at the Atlantis/Los lomos apartments in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote are not very good. The apartment had wood rot, and the maid did not clean it properly, she just put a brush round where they could see.
    The location was excellent, and just a five minute walk to beach and main shops/pubs. I would go back to same apartments based solely on the locality. We recommend Sunset Beach for your meals, and if you like a bit of Karaoke then Titos is the place to go.

    Puerto Del Carmen, Atlantis/ Los lomas Apartments - Overall this holiday was an enjoyable, relaxing experience, and the location and easy access to the beach and clubs made it worthwhile to go and go back again.

    Puerto del Carmen and the surrounding area is fine but constant hassle from shop-owners/pub and restuarant staff is irritating.The on site retaurant is actually quite good but the English being the English, they only turned up on the barbeque night (which was not too great). Nearly every place offers good value food and drink but I feel that they go a little over-board on English football. A couple of typically Spanish/Lanzarotean places can be found but I feel that a few more would not go amiss ...

    We went to Atlantis/ Los lomas Apartments in the school holidays with kids in October 2004, we could not fault this complex, it is clean, close to all bars and restaurants, on a slight hill, but this was no problem, lovely beach, excellent weather, what more can I say, highly recommend it, going back next year....

    I had a great holiday in Puerto Del Carmen, the Atlantis/ Los lomas Apartments are fantastic, thay were clean and had a toaster and kettle provided. Lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds. Would highly recommend this apartments. Also found a lovely little bar called the Hanging Monkey in the old town with cheap drinks and a great atmosphere - well worth looking up.
