Even though i was told i would have a brand new phone as a replacment i dont think it was, told buy staff the reason the phone comes in a PLAIN BLACK BOX IS THAT WE USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER AND BUY IN BULK ok !!!? Does anyone know for sure what carphone warehouse policy is regarding this issue !!!!!!!!!! people i know tell me i would not get a "new phone" All i want to know is the truth.

Had my blackberry took in as it was under warranty, the blackberry came within 2 weeks was working great and it was a brand new mobile...However it quickly developed the same fault so i did the same again took it in and within 2 weeks got a new blackberry..This is were everything got messed up ! They sent me the same model etc. but the mobile was locked on O2 and i bought it unlocked ontop of that i am with Orange. I sent it away again to get it unlocked and it came in a different colour (a girly colour infact). They are good by sending new mobiles but they really should review what i ordered ! 3 Stars out of 5 For Me...

When my phone went missing while I was at work, I went to the local police station and reported it. after getting all the information needed to make a claim, I called Carphone Warehouse and they said they are waiting for it to be authorised. They told me after I called up and said the claim was unauthorised and I would not be able to get the phone. I feel very hard done by this as I've been a customer for years and still paying the insurance. My phone was taken! I could have lied about it being taken from me but just told the truth that I had left it on the table went away for 5 minutes then the phone wasn't there. I had left it on the staff table and it was taken. I really don't understand how this does not cover my insurance. Could someone please get back to me and let me know what I can do.

I fully sympathise. Car Phone Insurance is not worth the paper they issue, you are better buying from ASDA.
