This company seems to behave like a service provider: it provided a promotional phone offer for an online share trading site as if it was a normal phone retailer. They are basically a big corporate client of BT Cellnet and they then resell the phone and rebill all the calls that BT Cellnet charges them. I think you are being a bit too harsh on them. Just because you had a bit of troubles with number port it doesn't make them a bad service provider. I have had no experience with them but on their customer service they may be really good?

<br>Number port is a tricky issue, problems with number port shouldn't really be used to judge a service provider.

I am a customer of this company and I must admit I have had no problems with them. However, I have not needed to contact them about anything yet. I am very concerned that they seem to be misleading people about what they are and I will check how my rights are affected. With so many companies out there now for mobile phones, I might well have steered clear of Mainstream if I had known this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
