The Honda Shadow A.C.E is very comfortable for rider and passenger, great get up and go.
A small gas tank, not enough mileage, first is short, cant quite keep up with all in first but has a good second and third but a great comfortable bike.

I bought the Honda Shadow A.C.E used at 40 000 klms and I never regret.
Comfort, powerful on the road, hardshell luggage bags, good brakes and transmission.

well ...if you wanna buy a really cool motorcycle the Honda Shadow A.C.E is it ... breaks are really good ... handling is really easy ... feels a bit heavy but you get used with it ... easy to reach all the buttons and use them ... if you wanna put a windscreen on the bike make sure is the right height ... feels really nice on long trip ... it is kinda quiet but you can make it louder ... so i give this HONDA SHADOW 750 a 10 out of 10 .... buy one !

Great ride, easy to maintain, very good fit and finish and nice bike to look at. The power ban is good through all the gears and the handling at any speed is smooth.
Overall a great bike with no bad surpises. Outstanding Honda quality and will never left you at the side of the road.

Nicely proportioned, great all around bike. Great looks, lots of chrome. Very durable...I have 76,000 miles on my 1999. Low maintenance, runs on regular fuel. Can be easily modified, accesorized if so desired.

I just bought a 97 ace that has 96,000 miles on it from a well known relative who loved to ride. I did say 96,000 miles! This bike still runs like a champ, rides wonderful, and looks great. The vance and hines pipes make it sound louder than any harley I've pulled next to and just as clear. I will always stick to a honda bike they are far more reliable than any harley and much less expensive and still look just as great.

I shopped for awhile and found a 97 in mint condition Honda ACE and only 15,000 on it. I rode since I was a kid but sold my last bike in 93 to start a business. Came back to this bike and just love it. Its also the largest (1100) and heaviest bike I ever owned. I was a little worried about the move up in size and weight and have had no problem (after lowering the seat for my stumpy legs) and love the way it feels solid on the road. I get about 40- 45 mpg regularly. I just love it.

Has a very deep guttural sound. I am told that it's sound is created due to the after market pipes. So far it has given me about 45 miles to gallon. I am not doing much highway cruising but I had no problem keeping up with a Suzuki 1400 while traveling cross country.

It's been a great bike for me to resume riding after a 15 year absence. I'm ready to resume on something with a little more authority.

I used to ride bikes a lot when I was in my teens. 10 years later, after looking at online images and reviews of Honda Shadow A.C.E's for about a year, bought it in February of 2004. And not a minute too late as it was the very last one at that dealership and probably in the whole SF Bay Area as Honda discontinued making ACE's in 2003. The bike looks very attractive. I got complemented on it less then 100 feet out of the dealership and still am after 1.5 years (I take a very good care of it thou ...

The Honda Shadow A.C.E (A.C.E stands for american classic edition) is an excellent cruiser bike for the money. Bike looks bigger than it actually is. Lots of chrome from the factory, engine case is polished, heads, nice chrome fender trim, a very classic looking bike. Many people mistake for a harley, you can remove the stock exhaust which is to quiet for me personally and add some after market pipes and the sound is unbelievably close to a harley, but for a fraction of the cost and better relia ...
