Good Points: Everything is fantastic.....cant actually think of a bad thing to say!
Bad Points: Nothing at all
General comments: This is my 8th visit in Turkey and my first time staying at the hotel Greenland and I was amazed at such a great hotel it is! The food is amazing!! There are a few comments about the food being poor but I have to disagree..... its a mixture of Turkish cuisine and British food as there is a good mixture of guests at the hotel... each night there was a different dish..... bbq chicken.....bbq sword fish(delish!) and lamb which was cooked on a spit!! That was amazing... there is a wide range of salads, veg and mezzes and there is home made soup made each day which at first I thought was quite odd in the heat but its a great way to hydrate yourself and they really were yummy!
The entertainment team are fantastic, they do great events and shows at night and activities during the day. But if your after a chilled out session... there is the new end which has a large relaxing pool and bar which has some amazing views and its a pleasure just to sit on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine.
The all inclusive is such great value! The drinks are all local but they are all selected really well. I was always wary on the Turkish wines but the house red and white are really very nice. The beer is Tourboug which is served icy icy cold and they have all your juices and pops and Turkish liquors/spirits. I felt it was worth paying the extra for all inclusive that self catering as I only spent £200 pound the whole week and I done activities/excursions/trips and when down to the beach for a few cocktails everynight to watch the amazing sun set!
I really recommend both the hotel and area and it has to be my favourite destination as it is still quite untouched by the brash British tourism you would get in destinations in Spain and other med places.
Oh yes I will be booking this hotel for next year!! and I cant wait!

Brilliant Holiday would recommend for anyone. I am 19 and went with a friend and two couples and all have agreed we would deffo return! The entertainment team are truly fantastic, it is clear to see they make everyone's holiday. The food was hit and miss mainly being great but sometimes the odd dishes, that just being are English arrogance but always something to eat and enjoy. The only negative of the holiday is not being there for longer, I spent two weeks there but could easily stay for much ...

The Greenland Hotel is the only I will ever stay in, the entertainment and staff are the best. I've stayed there twice and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Absolutely brilliant. I stayed here May 2007, May 2008 and will be returning in September 2008. I've also arranged to go again in May 2009. No bad points.

A really nice, friendly hotel to stay in, we are gong back again this year for the 5th time. Bad point, if you are in the top apartments it is a steep hill to climb, especially at midnight!

Our stay at Greenland Hotel was overall BRILLIANT. The bar staff were amazing, very polite & friendly, always up for a chat. The entertainment team made the entire holiday. They were so full of life from 9am till 2am! Always fun, talkative & always doing their best to entertain everyone - especially Charlie & Leo!! The food wasn't that good, not much choice, although there was always chips & salad :)The hotel is in a beautiful location, with mountain views all the way around. All ...

Everything this hotel and resort has to offer is breathtaking, the hotel is set in a quiet and quite remote par of Hisaronu set beneath a gorgeous mountainous view. This has got to one of the best if not the best holiday I have had to date. This again is mainly to the bar and entertainment staff. A special mention must go to all the staff who could not do enough for me. 10 out of 10 just does not say enough!

This was the best holiday I have ever been on, very sad to leave. I went with my older brother, mum and her partner and I recommend Greenland Hotel to anyone of any age. The place was really nice to stay at and it was very clean. Even as a fussy eater, I always found something I liked. It was different everyday and you won't go hungry!
The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. We got along with them very well, all of the staff. Miss them a lot. And would definately go back to see the ...

Superb holiday, this hotel is in lovely surroundings, with views of the mountains and very near to cheap public transport, to local towns and the beach. The locals are very friendly without being too pushy, like in some other Countries. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good time.

Really nice resort and brilliant overall holiday. We had a fantastic time away from the British weather! Me and my girlfriend are both 17 and had a great first holiday away together. Have only been back 1 day and are already looking to book again already! Although we are both young this resort is very good for all ages!

For the amount of people they cook food for, the food is readily available and always hot. There is a wide selection of food to cater for all nationalities and preferences - including a separate kids menu. Although rice is served daily, no meal was repeated in my 7 night stay. Salad is always available and there is a snack bar when the restaurant is closed.
Entertainers were amazingly friendly and always smiling. Entertainment for children as well as adults and were around during the day for ...

Service from the Greenland Hotel staff is awful. Not willing to help especially the Manageress Sibel! We had few problems but unfortunately these were not dealt with at all. Rep promised to sort and did nothing. Entertainment great if you took full advantage of the all inclusive bar so you were drunk when watching it. No kids club! Pool freezing! Food although well presented was poor apart from the bread which was baked daily and was gorgeous.

We got what we asked for at the Greenland Hotel in Turkey. The room was close to all the amenities, as one of us is wheelchair bound. We did not have any problems. There is a ramp at the back of the restaurant, which takes you poolside too. The food was of an excellent standard and normally hot, although we got fed up with people asking for chips, as we go on holiday to try local dishes. Our room was kept clean, and the air conditioning was refreshing. The mini bar was a bit expensive, but we ex ...

All in all The Greenland Hotel in Turkey is a good clean hotel, with only a few minor problems. The towns are close and only a taxi ride away, which you can get from outside the hotel. The entertainment staff are Three really funny guys who will have you and the kids laughing all night.
Our ages are:- 8, 13, 17, 36, 37, and 57.
I would give this holiday 8 out of 10.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday it is a shame that the entertainment at the Greenland Hotel is poor. Basically there are 3 Turkish guys who are 'flogged' to death to keep everybody happy day and night. Some nights they even make their own entertainment. It may even be said that if the entertainment was good people wouldnt have to go out of the hotel but is there method in the madness so people don't go mad on the drinks. Yes everything else about the place is great and we will defin ...

Just got back from a fortnight at the Greenland hotel, and we probably won't be going again. Our room was quite small and the grouting in the shower was black, with a black mould patch on the ceiling. The mini bar (fridge) in our room was not working and smelled awful when we opened it. Although we informed reception twice about it, it was never fixed. There is plenty to eat if you like salad, minced lamb and chicken. We found that we had to eat our main meal out after the second week as the foo ...

Greenland Hotel is a very nice place. It's set high up in the mountains but nevertheless is not too difficult to access Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, Fetijez. The staff are very obliging (even if it is all inclusive, they still make an effort) and the food and drink is above average, in my opinion. I would travel and stay there again, no question. Two adults and two boys 7 and 4 years. The family room was exceptionally spacious and fresh linen and towels provided each day. If I had to be/could be crit ...

Hisaronu. Greenland Hotel: Well I have been to Hisaranu 3 times now and this hotel was defintely the best and I'm even going back summer this year!
The rooms are okay, not luxury but they will do as you only sleep in them, but there big enough to move around.
The food is very good for value as they have a variety and it seems there is food every hour haha. Only the local drinks are included and I must admit the other drinks are a bit expensive.
The pool is very large with a big slide which is ...
