    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Where do 5 start!


    General comments: I tried visiting the Focus DIY website to order online. I spent half an hour giving details, but the site couldn't cope and kept asking me to re-register. Customer services? Non-existent at weekends, when you could usefully do with some assistance. Would I shop at Focus online again? NO!

    By taking proof of home owner ship and filling in an application form at focus DIY we were able to receive a discount card giving us a 10% discount, for six months on most items in store, including doors, wallpaper, paint etc.

    The don't really advertise it very well, I heard it by word of mouth, and a number of my friends have taken the offer up as well and are equally pleased.
