    Good Points: The sales people were good - also you get 6 months free credit as long as you remember to pay up before the high interest kicks in.


    Bad Points: The after sales was awful. You can queue for half an hour.


    General comments: I was impressed by all the awards that Mesh put in their ads. However the Matrix 700 with ME has been a bit of a pain. I have had to reload windows several times and I still get freezing on start up and close down no matter what I do to improve the system.

    In all fairness some of the technical bods do try to help you on the software side but more often than not you are directed to a premium rate line where you still have to queue.

    In the first 6 months I was really disappointed by the after sales care. You can queue for literally 30 minutes by which time you give up and pay a local guy to help. I even sent the supervisor a fax asking for them to call me as I was getting no joy in their queuing system for assistance. I got no reply.
