Good Points: Price competitive
Bad Points: In my opinion it was very low quality. Can't get through most of the time, when the call finally got through, the quality is so bad that you can't enjoy the conversation at all.
General comments: 1stPhoneCard works well initially, but the quality deteriorated over the year. It has become a waste of time to make calls using this card now.

Using an internet phone is better than using a phone card.
Phone calls dropped a lot with 1stPhoneCard, and there was too much noise.
When I asked for a refund they charged an extra fee and refused to stand by their guarantee.
Get a real phone card!
