“They are Cheaters”

I just bought a car from auction at perth airport. Its cd player was not working, but they said its not their responsibility, not even assist me in finding the solution. Worst customer service. How can you inspect on that before purchase, and nothing mentioned on their condition report. Its not worth buying car from dealer who deceives their customers by concealing the facts. (read more)

if your thinking of buying from colchester auction think again, by the time they have run the price up during auction then added there fees on top take my advice your find cheaper in auto trader ect and you will be able to test drive these cars you wont be playing roulette buying a dealers p/x ask yourself why would a dealer sell through auction if the car was any good it would be on a forecourt, the only point to go auction is to buy car under four years old ex fleet ect fully... “MANHEIM DO NOT CARE”

I buy lots of cars from Manheim auctions and i must say they have the worst customer care in the world. To them if you dont buy the cars someone else will. BCA and SMA look after there regulars which cannot be said for manheim. Manheim darleston is the worst one of all. (read more)

colchester car auctions used to be a great place to buy cars . i have been trading in cars for over 10 years over 5 years ago it was possible to buy to many cars from auction and come with the feeling you should have bought more .. how times have changes .. shortage of stock . to many buyers and high indeminty prices mean better bargains can be bought from e bay or classifeds ...example i took a friend to auction , who wanted to buy x reg newer shape corsa in dec 2010 . car was faded red... I have heard of online and offline auctions since i am a kid but never gave it a serious thought as i heard some failed stories of my friends in the past(They were cheated for the money and couldnt help get their money back) However after reading the reviews online about manheim, i thought to give it a try and it was my lucky day to find out my dream car with a negotiable rate under my budget..I am so thankful to them, their customer support was excellent, i have got the vehicle with... I have bought 50 cars and vans from manheim this year, but the last van i bought was online from haydock, when trying to collect the next day, i found a seriously damaged non runner, and had no choice other than to loose a fortune letting manheim re,enter the post office van as a non runner, (read more)

Took my friend's help who has some experience at bidding but good technical knowledge of cars. Although this is my first time I had an excellent time as I bought the vehicle I am interested in at a great price. It was a busy auction day, at least for me as it was first time to me to participate on car auctions.

The company's staff were very helpful and the restuarant is just great. The overall experience was just great (read more)

Bought a 2005 Jeep in Colchester, ex motability, 15,600 miles on clock. Water pump required relacement almost immediately, engine failed after 35,000 miles and require replacement. Please be very careful, not advisable for ordinary punters. (read more)

Excellent customer service
Great choice of stock
Great on site restaurant
I visited the Manheim auction in Gloucester looking for a cheap van, I was amazed at the choice on offer, over 500 vans mainly from Leasing and Rental companies.
It was extremely busy when I went there, however I managed to buy the van I wanted and I am very happy with it.
I have never bought from auction before but I would definately recommend Manheim. (read more)
