    The worst travel agent one can imagine. They don't listen, they don't care, they are utterly incompetent and they have no clue. They would clearly admit that they don't know anything about some of the places where they sell holidays. But they don't care. They can't even book a flight! We had to correct their bookings on several occasions. But then we still have been lost in the middle of nowhere because they had CANCELLED one of the flights.

    Don't go there. If you do, walk out. If you booked with them, cancel. If you are about to leave on holidays with them break your leg and cancel. Anything else can only be worse.

    We tried to book a self-drive tour (hotels, transfers and rental car) through Cuba with Kuoni. A week before departure they notified us that not all hotels had availabilities. We decided to book only the hotels at the beginning and end of our stay, the transfers airport-hotel and the rental car. We would take care of lodgings for the rest of our stay.The transfers were poorly organized. Other independent travelers were waited for by a taxi driver, we were not!     I have lately returned from a tour hol in SA with Kuoni. Overall the holiday was good.
    Last time was with Saga they were much better value for money.
    This is the second holiday I have booked with Kuoni first was to Kenya. The Holidays seems to go down hill as the holiday gets to its end. Will have to think hard and long before going with them again.
    Started the holiday flying out with SA airline on a Airbus 340/600 outward no problem. See return.

    travelled to thailand with kuoni and the service was fantastic kuonis reps in thailand are called asian trails and each transfer went without a hitch a top notch service. Would definately use them again

    Totally professional service from Kuoni from start to finish, 5 star service, 5 star hotels, 5 star holidays. Absolutely superb holiday, first class service, professional, helpful and very well packed together, not a thing went wrong.They get very busy on the phones sometimes, but hey, no wonder!

    £3,000.00. for 2 days in a boarded up hotel, only to be sent home because of not one but two hurricanes forecasted to hit the destination
    5 days before we traveled, Kuoni knew about the hurricanes and still let us travel, they also lost our luggage and will not pay us are money back. I would advise everybody not to travel with this company,

    My husband and I booked a trip to Egypt, the Hilton Feyrouz Naama Bay in Aug-Sept 08, we booked trips to Cairo, and lazy day snorkel trip, Kuoni were there to escort us through all the red tape at the airports, to our resort and every step of our adventure, our guide at Cairo was a little star and made our time there very special, thank you for looking after us so well.We have nothing but praise for the Kuoni reps everything was perfect.We will definitely return to Egypt and visit Luxor etc, and ...

    Why anyone would travel with Kuoni beats me!

    We travelled with them and was left at the airport for over 2 hours waiting for a rep. We booked a 4* hotel and ended up in a 3* and their explanation for this was that they felt there was no difference in the standards! So why bother with grades!! I suffered terrible bites which the local doctor and hotel staff advised were from sandflies. When I contacted Kuoni on my return to inquire why we had not been given any warning of these dangerous invisib ...

    I booked my holiday with Kuoni and they sent me to a hotel right next to two building sites. I had to pay extra for the move to the new hotel, where I ended up ill. Thanks a bunch Kuoni. Their customer service teams were ineffectually polite at best and dismissive and misleading at worst.

    the destination was changed 3 days before travel - i mean to a totally different part of the country. the itinerary involved more travel additional hotel overnights and the picture on the brochure that 'hoiked' me in was no longer a possibility to see. the brochure picture looked really good

    The tag line of SOTC alias Kuoni Travels is 'Expect more'. However, given our horrific experience during a recent vacation that we booked thru them probably 'Expect more- Stress!' rings truer.
    Given that Kuoni is a big brand name the minimum one would expect is good service, decent holiday deals and proper planning. However they fail miserably even on these basic hygiene factors.     Our special, tour and stay in Costa Rica was absolutely ruined by Kuoni on nearly every level as regards to the beach hotel stay!!
    I booked this holiday myself (I am a travel agent) about 8 months prior departure, and I booked a 6 night tour and a 7 night stay at the Captain Suizo hotel in Tamarindo!     We have been on a few Kuoni holidays, although they are sometimes a little bit pricey, we always think you pay for what you get. We always get a discount through an agent we found on Google www.travelclubelite.com who offer 6% off on all Kuoni holidays somehow! Everything went well right from when we received confirmation, you receive a nice guide book with it as well. The flights with Virgin were all on time and we paid the extra to upgrade.     The holiday to India with Kuoni was amazing, although I feel India was trying to kill me. With a dodgy stomach, being hit by a holy cow and nearly being run over by a mad motorcyclist.
    The tour guide was brilliant, although the other two specialist guides were more into the hard selling of carpets (3 carpet shops on the tour).

    Kuoni - We booked our honeymoon through Kuoni and it was excellent. Just excellent. Hong Kong, Singapore, then the Maldives. Flights and transport and hotels and local rep's were all very good, very well organized and smoothly executed.

    Their "representative" company in Sri Lanka was, however, very weak, letting the side down. Bit of a nightmare there in terms of travel and hotel.

    I booked with Kuoni to get married in Las Vegas,upon arrival in Vegas our transport vouchers were for the wrong terminal so we had to walk 1 mile in 120 degrees. Then we found out that our wedding chapel had been closed for 2 months and we were getting married in a different one,the concierge at Caesars palace informed us of this not Kuoni!!

    I don't even know where to start, Kuoni were so bad so I'll list the problems:

    1. Mistakes made with our tickets.

    2. Delays with flights there, back and with all resort transfers.

    3. Supposed 4 1/2 star hotel was filthy and in poor repair.

    4. We were stuck in a hurricane with no info from Kuoni on what was happening, what we should do or how long the hurricane would mean our return flight would be delayed by.

    Personally, I wouldn't go to Poundsaver to buy Fillet steak, so when booking a 5-star holiday, it made perfect sense to use a 5-star travel agent. I used Kuoni's World Class team to create a custom itinerary for our honeymoon.
    Their advise in selecting destinations, hotels, airlines etc was superb (told me "warts and all").
    We had to change our plans 8 weeks prior to departure following the hotel that we'd planned to stay in within the Maldives being badly damaged by the Tsunami. However, ...
