  I have been buying bed linen from Egyptian Cotton Store for a few years for my hotel, and it is still as beautiful today, as it was when I purchased it.
  
  They have recently brought out some new ranges, so I tried the Mariner and Spring ranges and it just gets better and better, it is really beautiful.

  Sent back one new and one old pillow case to Egyptian Cotton Store for them to look at. Waited ages for a reply, had to chase and was eventually told that I had overwashed the linen. The linen is not to be washed at temperatures over 40 degrees, 90% of my washing is done at 30 degrees so I knew this was not the problem. Wish I had seen this site before I purchased from this company. After much complaining I was offered replacement linen. Requested two samples, only 1 was a colour match but ...

  I have complained about the pilling to the Egyptian Cotton Store and they simply do not acknowledge I have a problem. I would not advise you to buy from this company. The quality of the products I received didn't match the claims.

  I paid well over 200 pounds for the Grace bed linen site, supposedly 550 thread count! When new, they felt nothing like as good quality as the 200 thread count I sheets I had bought elsewhere previously. I have had these sheets for 3 months now and they feel even worse. The sheets are advertised to have a satin feel, what a joke. I have checked the washing instructions and have washed them on 30 and with softener - no difference at all.   This is a very poor fabric and is not well made. Look elsewhere. The Egyptian Cotton Store Timeless Duvet Cover & Sheet is not good value for money!

  The Eegtypian Cotton Atore website is well laid out and easy to use. The customer service desk were very helpful and polite. The Timeless bedset is absolutely gorgeous. It's a pleasure to go to sleep now. My friend has the Kerrie range bedset and I am tempted to treat myself as well as this looks equally as stunning.
  I have seen bed sets of the same quality in shops at ridiculous prices, this one is definitely value for money.

  This bed set from www.egyptiancottonstore.com is really lovely and it certainly does feel difference, I mean better than my friends one which was supposedly cotton sateen as well. Looks really lovely on the bed, and everyone has admired it.
