    Just returned from Sharm el Shaikh and wont be going back. We stayed at Mexicana Sharm All inclusive deal, but this must surely qualify for an investigation under trades descriptions act. Food was awful, service at a price and the attitude of the staff was far from welcoming.The deal did not extend to ice creams, which when you have children is the one thing that they look for, and whilst I understand that plastic glasses are fine for the pool area, the bars only offered glass to patrons who were paying hard cash. Well after a lot of haggling, we succeeded in getting our own way, but this was after seven phone calls, and a little bribe of around 50 Egyption pounds a night Hassle everywhere as everyone wanted to sell you something. Would certanily discourage anyone from going to this resort. Also whole family are never felt so ill, we have now been back home a week and are still suffering from the effects. Probably salmanella, from the poor quality food.We spent over 2k for three of us and I would have rather burnt the money. Mexicana Sharm Hotel is probably the worst experience of my entire life and Iwould urge anyone who is planning a trip to this hotel to think again.

    We booked Orlando via Sky travel/Cosmos and stayed in a Disney area villa 5 bed for the 5 of us £1467 for 2 weeks depart Sat 12/09/2009 from Gatwick. I must say the holiday was an absolute bargain of the century & I still dont know how we got it this cheap as the price above included 3 kids & 2 adults, a 5 bed villa,5 flights & seats on the plane incl meals with Monarch who were good, nice plane,staff & ontime etc. There were a few hiccups ie once at the Dollar desk at Sandford(forgot to m ...

    We just took a "Tour of France" with Cosmos. This was my third visit to France. Liked: Tour guide, driver and the tour bus were excellent. The hotels were good, some centrally located or at least near public transportation and clean. The optional excursions were great. In 14 days we saw almost whole of France, even though some visits were brief. Main attractions were great. Quaint small towns, and natural beauty.     I booked our holiday through Monarch to Tenerife and I cant fault their service at all they were great, the problems started with Cosmos when we arrived in Tenerife, we were told to go to an office that was closed to find our representation, these people were milling around the ariport with no identification displayed, once we were directed the coach we had to load our own luggage, then when we got to the appartments we had to unload everyone elses luggage from the coach before we could unload o ...

    My sister, mother and myself booked a holiday with Cosmos last year. We paid ful price for each of us and requested a large room with 3 beds in it. For almost the whole duration of the holiday, we were put in a small room with 3 beds squashed in, sometimes sleeping with my head in the space of the dressing table, and having to take turns to get out of bed due to the fact there was no room for all of us to get up at the same time even though we were assured by Cosmos at time of booking we would ...

    Good points, everything but some of the hotels. Bad points, badly behaved child on tour with no parental discipline. Should have been advised that there may have been children on the tour

    We really saw many fantastic sights. The tour guide was informative, and entertaining, and the driver was great. We really got our money's worth. Nice hotels. The Traditional Scottish Night was super. Bad points, Not much. It was just hard to wake up early everyday on vacation. All in all I was very pleased with Cosmos tours.

    Overall the best of Italy tour was very good. We chose not to take the many expensive extra tours and look around on our own. Our tour guide was good but spent the first two days trying to sell us the extras. This is a good tour because most stops were for two nights, hotels were good quality overall but we found the locations generally were poor. (far from anywhere) still, it was worth it.

    Booked a week in the Gambia (March 08) with Cosmos and stayed at the Corinthia Atlantic Hotel. A very enjoyable week and would go back to do more exploring. Hotel was as described on Cosmos website and cannot complain about product as we had a great time. The only down side was the rep who when he realized you were not interested in his excursions etc he seemed to take this a little personally and lost his charm.     This company won't take responsibility for their actions. They pass information over to the tour operator, when they have sent all the details out and the tour operator has to deal with them not Cosmos. They have admitted that flights that are available on the web are likely to be changed, as their flight operator is removing the option but they have made no effort to remove the option from the web-page.     Got charged over £150 pounds for what was apparently a free car hire. Didn't realise it until 2 weeks after I got home. When I enquired about it at Cosmos they just said the charges were correct, no explanation, no nothing. I have been emailing them for months to provide me with a reply. Nothing!

    We would definitely do this tour again if we could be guaranteed to have the same tour guide and bus driver. They made the whole trip thoroughly enjoyable, and they are good value. Thank you to both of them from satisfied customers. The tour that we booked with Cosmos was fantastic!

    As if it wasn't bad enough to hear that our flight had been delayed by 13 hours hours but to then, after waiting from 3am until 6pm, to be told your resort had been changed and you were to be staying an hour away from where you had booked for. We were meant to be going to the lively Albufeira aimed at young adults who like nightlife but were moved to praia da rocha, aimed at couples and families with no nightlife.     After a nightmare holiday in egypt with Cosmos, we were sent a refund by them - £200 and a voucher for £100. Today we have tried to book flight tickets only with the voucher and we were on the phone to Cosmos for nearly one hour only to fobbed off every time. They then told us the price of the flight had gone up while we were on the phone to them. What a joke this company is, no consideration for any one.     Firstly - note that this is based on the experiences of a few years ago, so hopefully the details have improved. Ask when booking!!!!

    We have travelled by coach on the continent with Cosmos 3 times. Links are provided from local pick up and connect at Dover with the main tour. So far so good?
    Cosmos have the earliest starts of any operator we have used and the latest crossing. Whilst acknowledging that some additional pick ups are made on the way, Cosmos seem to be trying for double figures ...

    As in the past Monarch are always subject to delays. We stayed in Olu Deniz and we were shipped to another resort for our welcome meeting, which meant we were stuck for 3 hours to await the coach to take us back. We were not advised beforehand. Representatives never appeared at our hotel, and then we had 6 hour delay on return. Cosmos were not helpful.
