    I booked my holiday with Libra to Paleo, Corfu, in january 2009,in march they altered my flight,in april they changed my accomodation to a different apartment but in their words, far superior accomodation.I am quite familiar with Paleo and told them my original choice was far better but they more or less told me to like it or lump it.Other than the the resort ,I was not getting the holiday I chose,I had no alternative but to cancel my holiday,losing my deposit.I have looked on their website and their portfolio of accomodation in Paleo has gone from 7 properties to 2,I believe this company is in difficulty so beware when you book, especially if you have been quoted a so called bargain price.you get what you pay for!!!

    Instead of my original hotel I booked with Libra, i was moved to another of which i was not shown pictures of. I was then told on arrival that i was not at the second hotel, but a third that opposed to being thirty metres away from the town centre was two miles, across rocks and beach. I would give this company an overall rating of a none out of ten.

    I would definitely use Libra again. The staff we encountered were all efficient and friendly.

    Our holiday was ruined from day one, by putting us into an apartment not fit for the purpose it is advertised as. As a self catering apartment it was a joke. A one ring hotplate, a fridge that was falling to bits, the cutlery drawer was an old ice cream box with some odd knives and fork and spoons, the frying pan was filthy and no amount of washing would get it clean, there was one large pint glass and one very small other glass, we had to go out and buy glasses, also we had to buy bowls to eat ...

    When we arrived at our accommodation we were so disappointed, the room was like the black hole of Calcutta.
    Dirty, rundown, ants in the kitchen cupboards, no toilet roll in bathroom, which was quite inconvenient as we arrived at the place around midnight and then had to find a supermarket that was still open in a place we didn't know our way around in a poorly lit area of town. The kitchen window didn't lock, (so no security) seeing as we were on the ground floor, anyone could have climbed in ...

    The hotel in question; The Lordos Beach in Larnaca Bay, Cyprus, had totally ignored our disappointment during our stay. We also expressed our upset to the Libra rep, who just gave us a form to fill in. We are therefore posting our intention to claim our supplements back via Libra.

    Myself and my partner booked with Libra for Crete on self catering basis, we arrived at the airport in Crete at around 4 in the morning we found the Libra reps who didn't know who we were and were made to sit on the floor for around one and half hours before being told that they had given away our accommodation! We were not happy we were then made to sit and wait longer until we were put in a taxi with a guy that didn't speak English and were taken to the middle of nowhere to a hotel that also d ...

    We have holidayed with Libra many times during the past 10 years or so and booked 2 holidays with them this year. The first week's holiday (Cyprus) we experienced building work and were unable to use the pool or sit on the balcony due to noise of building work in and around the pool area. Libra knew of this work and failed to inform us on arrival or prior to leaving the UK.
