I do not care what anyone says the Suzuki AY50 Katana is a good scooter, all my friends and I have recently got peds, mine is 5 years old and theirs are all practically brand new Peugeot and paddocks, mines faster, arguably better looking and much more reliable, all my friends wish they had my Suzy, bar the 2 exhaust replacements, no trouble. But this is a very good ped!

The Suzuki AY50 Katana is a good starter bike, also good to show off to your friends with as it is generally quite large.

I have a Suzuki Katana they're awesome! They ride great they are really comfy and look great also they are really cheap. The only thing I found wrong with them is the clock is shows the tenth of a mile.

Suzuki AY50 Katana are nice lookin scooters they are comfy and easy to ride. I think these scooters wud be better if they were faster, mine only does 30 top end and that with a big bore 70. I wudnt recommend these scooters unless u want the slowest scoot on the road that everyone laughs at.

I bought my 2004 Suzuki Katana as project and had to spend alot on plastics. Mine is an air cooled model and as standard had no engine problems. After replacing exhaust with gianelli race exhaust, changing rollers and placing a 70cc malossi bore kit, I have been through two drive belts and recently had to replace the coil but the bike still does not run. Replacing the piston rings is my next solution. Overall the bike is fantastic for acceleration but not top speed with the air cooled Model. Any ...

I've got a 2001 ay50 katana wr sport. 70cc bore kit. polini variator. polini 7.5 g rollers. leo vince tt exhaust. It only does 50mph! Spent a lot of money on it and it simply will not budge over 50mph only on downhill. I believe that it has got to be restricted somewhere but i dont know where.

I've got Suzuki Katana WR '01 Movistar (new model), and I've unlocked suppressor and VARIATEUR (the ring on the ridge). I can only go 65km/h. What I should do to go faster?
