    I recently submitted my healthcare companies malpractice application to Zurich Business Insurance. I used one of their preferred agents. I dealt directly on numerous occassions with them on the phone answering fairly basic questions. They repeatedly asked the same questions that I had already answered. After initially suggesting that they were very keen on my business, subsequently not only failed to respond to emails, missed pre-arranged phone calls and never provided a quote. My broker was very upset as was I since I had wasted quite a bit of my own time and effort.

    Zurich provide liability insurance for my local council. My mother in law aged 80 had a fall due to misaligned pavement, fractured her shoulder, bruised her face, and broke her glasses. Although 80, she refused to be termed "old" and just wanted someone else to admit that the fall was not her fault.     We have insured our office with Zurich Business Insurance of North America for over 10 years. Last month there was a burglary in the building and we filed a claim for $2100. We received a letter 3 days later informing us that our policy was canceled due to risk previously not considered. Not only that, it's been a month since we submitted our claim and they still have not reviewed it. On top of that, the adjustor I've been in contact with is very rude.
