General comments: I bought a TomTom Go satnav from Spotlight Guides which is also known as Global Positioning Systems. I had to return it within a couple of days after it compleltely failed. They told me to retyurn using Royal Mail special delivery - which I did. I then spent weeks going backwards and forwards between Royl Mail and this company. Even when Royal Mail provided a copy of signature etc this company just kept on denying that they had the unit and either ignored letters/emails/faxes/telephone messages or denied any responsibility. (Although they did say that they have had lots of trouble with Royal Mail in the past.....but why then explicitly tell me to return the goods via Royal Mail? In the end I had to go to my credit card company and trading standards.....I may yet have to go to County Court to get a judgement against them. It has been a huge hassle. I really wish I had gone to PC World even if it meant paying top price! The experience has put me off buying electrical/PC off the internet.
