    Haus Patricia, Lofer is second to none. The accommodation views from the balcony would seal it for us but then the owners go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, happy, welcome and informed - without being intrusive, all your needs can be met. We have been 3 years in a row now (a first for us as previously never returned to a holiday destination more than once) and we are just preparing to look at the flights coming out for the Summer of 2010. We are addicted - it has everything we love fom the fantastic outdoor activities, rivers and mountains with stunning scenery to fairly quiet, peaceful restaurants to ones you can take the children to play in. We love the free passes to all the local pools and gorge walks and the Tuesday night street festivals are fun! The town of Lofer is just the right size for ambling round and nothing is too far away. Even the bus service is brill! We absolutely love it and can highly reccommend Haus Patricia to everyone.

    I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our eleven day stay at Haus Patricia. We were met at the airport by our host whose welcoming and friendly manner set our holiday off on the right foot. When we arrived at Haus Patricia we were greeted with a tray of refreshments and a warm smile.

    We stayed in Summer (no snow) not for skiing. We where blown away by the beauty of Lofer and the surrounding area without snow. The outdoor village pool was fantastic & our 3 year old son loved the shallow paddling pools, playground, sandpit & grass areas around the pool. We loved the slide. The views around the pool are amazing. People in the village where friendly & it was nice to be amongst locals rather than lots of tourists, there was even a village evening festival where we felt most welco ...

    Haus Patricia offers a home from home atmosphere. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable. The mountain views were fabulous. Lofer is very central for sightseeing, cycle and walking days out.

    We stayed at lofer, haus patricia for a week from the 23/5/09.
    We were made to feel like long lost friends. They are a mine of information about what to do and how to get there. The place is spotless, cleaned everyday. Our room looked out over the village towards the mountains, excellant.
    The village of Lofer is small and pretty and unfortunatly at this time of year only partially open, this being especially so with regards to restraunts in an evening with the ones that are open choosing to shut ...

    Lofer, Haus Patricia is one of the best Guesthouses we have every stayed in .Immaculately clean great welcome and service. Lovely clean rooms with the most wonderful balcony views of the huge snow capped mountains (could not stop taking photos!!)
    Our hosts were so helpful, we got all the helpful information we needed , so we not only skied but did sightseeing by a short bus trip away.Take your swimming gear the outdoor spa thermals were amazing! Also Salzburg for a concert is a must.

    Haus Patricia was really fantabulous. Staff are really doing a very good job. They made us feel so much at home and was always at hand to give a hand. Keep up the excellent job. God Bless.

    Haus Patricia in Lofer has excellent hospitality, nothing too much trouble, nice breakfasts, friendly staff..... Couldn't wish for better. Its mandatory to take pork pies, but they only lasted two days this time. With pork pies, the staff will do anything! Anyway, its been absolutely fantastic, and we've booked for next year

    We were met at the airport with a big smile and a welcome what more could one ask for. We had our 21 year old daughter son of 18 and daughter of 10 and spent a magical Christmas in Haus Patricia one we will always treasure and remember fondly. Lofer itself is fantastic great value for money as a ski resort especially compared to other ski resorts - restaurants also great value and great service and very good quality of food. Home from home with the friendliest of hosts.

    Great skiing, ideal for families, to learn and for the intermediates that don't want the "go for it" hard skiing holiday. Only 40 mins from the airport so even a weekend visit gets you a good ski refresher! Wonderful walking/biking every day a different route. Cheaper than most ski resorts, unspoilt and friendly, no crowds at the lifts. Not for the party goers! No 24hrs bars. No casino. IS THIS A BAD THING!!! Great holiday resort Summer and Winter. Central to everywhere and great bus services.

    We were on our own here at the Haus Patricia for a couple of days after the other guests had left and felt as if we were somehow an inconvenience - in fact, so much so, that we left 2 days early because we felt quite uncomfortable.
    During our first few days (when there were other guests) we had a good selection of breads provided at breakfast, yet when we were on our own this dwindled down to some bread rolls (Semmels). These are fine, but you can't put them in the toaster! Overall, we think ...

    Beautiful apartment. Lovely owners. They were very helpful in telling us about the area and where to visit. We had great fun white water rafting just up the road. Bikes were easy to hire and the routes were lovely. We spent a whole day on the bikes and even took them up the mountain attached to a cable car then cycled down. The scenery is beautiful. Everywhere is very clean. Great holiday. The weather was sometimes wet but we still found plenty to do with the owners help. Having a hire car gave ...

    Great apartments. Great breakfast. The staff are very helpful, especially good at advising us on where to go and how to get there. We went on some great days out. The white water rafting just up the road was great fun. Cycle routes are very good. Scenery lovely. Everywhere is very clean. We hired a car and was able to see lots more lovely places.

    Spent a week here at the beginning of July 2008, and had a marvellous time. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners, who were a mine of information for things to see and do. Ideally situated for touring the local area. We drove over and the car was useful to drive around further afield.
    Will definitely be returning.

    Everything is good at Haus Patricia. We have found the perfect holiday and have been going back for the last 4 years. The owners are so helpful and kind and treat us like old friends with genuine warmth.

    Very welcoming and extremely good service, and very comfortable rooms. We have been coming for 3 years now so it must show how good it is. There don't seem to be any bad points at all

    We have stayed in Haus Patricia twice but this time decided to try Richard and Amandas new Studio. Set very central to both lovely villages Lofer and St Martin and such lovely river walks away it was the most beautiful positioned accommodation possible ever. With our terrace opening out onto a lawned garden with wonderful mountain views and all day sun we were in heaven!
