“Dont waste your time and money”

Bought a set of four. On the first trip, the frame of the big suitcase cracked and broke. I had to take it to the authorized repair shop 70 miles away. As I was walking in, pulling the case, the repairman said "broken frame,right?" before even seeing it. He said it happens all the time, cant be fixed and they'd send me a new one, which they did. Over time, zippers broke off, secureing belts inside remain stuck shut, handels jam often (I do try to be careful but I am sure I've jerked on it... (read more)

“Good only for 1 year”

I have purchased 3 briefcases so far. All of them failed on the buckle which is the most important part of the briefcase. In all 3 cases the briefacse was under warranty but the dealer never managed to repair. They just returned it unrepaired after keeping it for 1-3 months. The repair was never real repair but rather a quick fix which lasted about 1 week. The same happened with all 3 suitcases that I bought. Now, if you sum up the cost of all 3, you can get a Samsonite for less money and... (read more)

“Extremely bad quality and design”

I bought a large Delsey suitcase about 3 months ago when my faithful Samsonite broke after 4 years of service. I travel a lot with work so wanted a good suitcase which would last. The Delsey was certainly not cheap but the design was flawed from the start. First of all some framework broke inside causing the suitcase to become very unstable. “Buy Mandarina Duck luggage instead!”

I purchased a delsey karat 71cm 4 w just over a year ago for my husband. It has been on two holidays and was damaged during transit. i paid £245.00 for this piece of junk and i would never repeat such a foolish thing again. i personally own mandarina duck luggage and have found it absolutely brilliant. i would never recommend any delsey product to anyone - their aftercare services sucks (read more)

Delsey small wheelie bag bought recently with laptop compartment - great design but handle mechanism failed withn 2 months. Replacement bag from the Quark series, again good compartments etc, but wheel broke within 3 uses. (read more)

Prices are good. Promised 24-48hr delivery and it didn't happen. When I called I was advised they were 'away yesterday' so I wouldn't receive my order till 72 hrs later. No apology and they asked me to pay additional if I wanted to guarantee am delivery! Won't be using this company again. Very unprofessional. (read more)
