    Good Points: Good design. Very helpful customer service who were able to provide exchange and then a refund on second failure.


    Bad Points: Absolutely not at all hard wearing or robust. Will not buy this brand again. They do come cheap either.


    General comments: Delsey small wheelie bag bought recently with laptop compartment - great design but handle mechanism failed withn 2 months. Replacement bag from the Quark series, again good compartments etc, but wheel broke within 3 uses.

    Prices are good. Promised 24-48hr delivery and it didn't happen. When I called I was advised they were 'away yesterday' so I wouldn't receive my order till 72 hrs later. No apology and they asked me to pay additional if I wanted to guarantee am delivery! Won't be using this company again. Very unprofessional.

    Delsey Expandream Expandable 48 Hours Bag great for clothes and work papers when away on business trips. Expensive but you get what you pay for, this bag will last a long time.
