So, here is a little bit about me. I am an avid traveller, you name it, I've been there, or want to go there. Travelling abroad is one of my main passions in life. I'm the most compact packer there is, I can easily fit a weeks holiday into a cabin suitcase. The trick? Always pack travel accessories that are built with travel in mind.

I bought a Mettis laptop bag from Antler's outlet in Cheshire back in 2014. Unfortunately after a year the front zip started to go and wouldn't mesh together. Unfortunately I'd long since tossed the original receipt so I rang up the shop to ask for a receipt. They were really helpful and found my receipt, took a picture of it with their phone and emailed it across to me. I then filled in the Antler warranty web form with 6 months remaining on the two year warranty and attached the photos (Worth noting - you need to reduce the size of the photos to a few 100Kb or the form won't work). Despite the 30 day lead time Antler got back to me within a week. They sent me a very friendly email apologising for the fault and letting me know they were not producing the bag any more so they had sent me out a newer upgraded bag, which costs around four times what I paid for the original bag. It should arrive in 5 days. I spoke to them twice on the phone; once to work out the issue with the photo file size and once to confirm the delivery address. They were very polite and helpful on both occasions. Overall I'm really impressed with them.

When we bought a Antler suitcase I was impressed with their 10 year warranty but cynically never expected that they would honour it. Our case had a problem with the wheels that basically fell apart. We made a claim having owned the case for 3 years and they have just sent a new case - we'd have been happy to just get the wheels to be honest. I was very impressed and will probably go out of my way to buy Antler again due to this. Claim process was simple too - just fill out the form online. Note: This is a genuine review.

I purchased some Antler duo Light large suitcases 3 year ago. Overall I was happy with them except there was no side handle on the case which was a pain when lifting the case, but Antler did change the design was on later designs. The reason for my post is to compliment Antler on their amazing customer service when one of these suitcases broke. My son left for Australia in January 2015 with one of the cases and unfortunately soon after he arrived the case malfunctioned. The wheels were not working properly and the handle to pull the case became very stiff. My son contacted me as he didn't know what to do. I called Antler UK who gave me contact details for the Antler distributer in Australia. I sent an email to them explaining my sons predicament and what happened next is just brilliant customer service. I received a reply the same day from Antler Australia asking for proof of purchase which I sent. The guy then contacted my son and arranged to go to the house where my son was staying to look at the case. It couldn't be repaired so he had brought the latest model of the case with him and replaced the case on the spot. My son and I were amazed ....all this happened within 24 hours of me contacting them. Antler turned this awful situation into an experience we won't forget. Thank you Antler Australia for being great at dealing with complaints. I always say you never know how good a company is until something goes wrong. Antler handled this situation brilliantly. I will always recommend Antler suitcases as they can be trusted to sort issues out even when the case was bought in the UK and broke in Australia. Just brilliant. I can't thank you enough.

The zip on my 3 year old Antler Liquis Spinner was damaged, I completed the Warranty Claim Form and 29 days later received confirmation that a Replacement had been sent out.

I purchased the Litestream II Large Trolley Bag which sadly after three years developed a rip where the bag folds when it is not fully packed. I emailed customer services with a copy of my receipt and a photo of the damage and have been offered a choice of four excellent bags as a replacement. This is a fantastic warranty. I will miss my old bag though as it served me well.

I recently purchased an antler suitcase for my son who chose his own bright blue one , when it arrived he couldnt believe how light it was but also very strong , this is the first suitcase he has ever agreed to pull himself , he said it actually looked pretty cool which must say something , I bought a double decker holdall which proved practical , very tough and for a ski holiday the two storage areas were great as I used one for normal clothes and the lower one for ski gear

I can only speak from my own experience which has been a positive one. I purchased a hard shell cabin case in 2008 and it has lasted well but recently one of the zip handles broke away followed by the other shortly afterwards. I read these reviews online before submitting my warranty claim so i was cautious of what to expect despite the 7 year warranty. I submitted the claim including a picture of the damage and a copy of my receipt (i would urge everyone to keep this) on Friday 28th Feb. I received a call from antler on the following Monday (yesterday) to offer me a replacement case as they no longer made my model - they even allowed me to google it online first to check it suited. I am now awaiting the arrival of a new quadrant L1 hard shell cabin case which seems pretty much the same as my old one if not better. Just wanted to write this review to let other people know my experience - i expected to receive replacement zips so was delighted with being offered a new case.

We purchased an Antler lightweight suitcase in January 2012 and on our third use in January 2014 the zip came apart. Approximately two weeks after contacting Antler we were sent a new suitcase. We are extremely happy with the service we received.

I flew BA Edinburgh to London a while ago and my bag was damaged. I was referred to Antler for the claim. I want to say the are First Class service; helpful on the phone, great range, great website, they were prepared to speed up delivery due to a trip i had planned, then replaced the suitcase when it wasn't quite as expected. Always contactable and got back to me with suggestions and helpful advice. Lovely products as well. That is a class of service which I'm sure BA are glad to be associated with, and as a private customer I will be returning to Antler every time

I bought my suitcase 2 years ago and it had 7 years warranty. two weeks ago, I found out that rubber on wheel had worn out, I think because of the rough surface. I emailed antler customer service, then they asked me to send the receipt and photo showing the damage. they replied within 3 working days and replacement suitcase will be sent to my home address. I am overall satisfied and happy with antler customer service. Thanks antler

Following helpful advice and assistance from Antler's customer service team, our two faulty suitcases were picked up by courier and our replacement suitcases arrived 10 days later Thank you Antler for your professional service.

I was astonished at some of the negative comments on this site. When returning from holiday this year some stitching had come out of the zipped pocket on the front of my large suitcase. I was a little surprised at this as i never use those pockets unless to put in an odd receipt or similar. The case was over 4 years old and I surprised myself when I found the receipt and guarantee for 5 years.I telephoned the store where I purchased the case and they told me to contact Antler directly. This I did and spoke to a very obliging lady in their Customer Service department. The outcome was that three days later the case was collected by courier and a couple of days after this the same lady rang tp tell me to choose another case off their website. This I duly did and the new case was delivered two days later. I didn't honestly believe that such service existed nowadays. many thanks to Antler!

I'm surprised at the other reviews here. I bought my suitcase at TK Maxx two years ago (cheaply) and the plastic hinge recently started to split. I didn't think I had any chance of getting a repair but my mother pushed me to try! I'm glad I did. I emailed Antler directly from their website and had a call from an extremely nice and helpful customer services lady. I explained that I had bought it from TK Maxx but she said that was fine. I emailed her photos of the damage, and also of the logos on the case just to prove that it was a real Antler case. She called me back and arranged to have the case collected from my work as that was more convenient for me. Courier turned up as arranged and took the case. A few days later I got another call from the same very nice lady to say that yes, there was a fault with my case, and could I chose a new one from their website and they would send it out to me! I was gobsmacked to say the least! I said that I would be happy with a repair but they insisted on sending a new one. A new suitcase duly arrived, again to my work, and it is just lovely. I can't recommend Antler highly enough, especially the very nice customer service lady called Karen. Thanks
