Hello,

I'd just like to introduce myself as Review Centre's Travel Accessories Expert. If there is anything you want to know about this category, please feel free to ask me a question. I will do my utmost to give you the best possible answer.

So, here is a little bit about me. I am an avid traveller, you name it, I've been there, or want to go there. Travelling abroad is one of my main passions in life. I'm the most compact packer there is, I can easily fit a weeks holiday into a cabin suitcase. The trick? Always pack travel accessories that are built with travel in mind.

“NEVER AGAIN DISGUSTED”

I recently bought a Antler case £82 medium colour white. I brought it on my travels and case was badly scored. I complained to the Comapany who adivised me this was not their fault as it was accidental damage!!! “Duolite disappointment. ”

We own several Antler pieces of luggage and purchased 2 Duolite suitcases because they were very lightweight. Unfortunately the plastic reinforcement panels, which were inside the lining, shattered in both of them after only very few trips. We sent photos and receipts to Antler customer service and submitted a warranty claim. “Amazing Customer Service”

I purchased some Antler duo Light large suitcases 3 year ago. Overall I was happy with them except there was no side handle on the case which was a pain when lifting the case, but Antler did change the design was on later designs. The reason for my post is to compliment Antler on their amazing customer service when one of these suitcases broke. “Antler Duo Lite”

“Surprised by great customer service!”

We bought 2 Antler 4 wheel cases in June 2013. One was a large capacity hold case which we have used about 8 times with loads of 20kgs with no problems at all, indeed it has proved a lot more robust than previous similarly priced cases by different makers. The second case was a 4 wheeled cabin bag which we have only used about 5 times but were really pleased with until the carry handle came off when placing it in a luggage rack of the plane when only carrying 6kg. “Broken handle and poor customer support”

I bought a cabin-size Antler Liquis suitcase two or three years ago and was happy with it until the retractable handle snapped while walking through the Padua train station. I finally got through to the customer service department after several failed emails that could not be delivered because of full mail boxes on their end. The reply was not helpful. “Still waiting to receive an answer regarding my claim”

We have two pieces and both have different issues -none of which are a result of airline or our mishandling. “A Word of Caution”

Although after my first trip using my Antler luggage, I would have given it a 5 star review. After the second trip, I can only give it one star. It is very light and easy to use. However, after unpacking from the second trip, I noticed rattling without a clear idea of where the problem was. I emailed the Australian distributor on a Saturday. The next day, On Sunday I received an email saying the part would be waiting for me when I arrived home. So we get exceptional service in Australia!

“Rubbish customer service”

Purchased bag for hand luggage on a flight in January. Picked bag up by soft handle to put in the car (first time bag used) and handle came away from bag, obviously not stitched in properly. “Excellent Customer Service and Warranty”

I purchased the Litestream II Large Trolley Bag which sadly after three years developed a rip where the bag folds when it is not fully packed. I emailed customer services with a copy of my receipt and a photo of the damage and have been offered a choice of four excellent bags as a replacement. This is a fantastic warranty. I recently purchased an antler suitcase for my son who chose his own bright blue one , when it arrived he couldnt believe how light it was but also very strong , this is the first suitcase he has ever agreed to pull himself , he said it actually looked pretty cool which must say something , I bought a double decker holdall which proved practical , very tough and for a ski holiday the two storage areas were great as I used one for normal clothes and the lower one for ski gear … Read Full Review

“Excellent warranty - full replacement provided!”

I can only speak from my own experience which has been a positive one. I purchased a hard shell cabin case in 2008 and it has lasted well but recently one of the zip handles broke away followed by the other shortly afterwards. I read these reviews online before submitting my warranty claim so i was cautious of what to expect despite the 7 year warranty. “Worthless guarantees”

Bought news suitcases costing £140 each but only £70 in the sale. Used 3 times. On the first flight out one of the suitcases was damaged and the corner was bashed in. On the third trip the same suitcases arrived with one of the stands broken off. I have just spoken with the antler shop where I purchased and been advised that not covered by guarantee and that I should claim from baggage handlers. “Missing wheel makes suitcase landfill garbage!”

My daughter travelled from Munich to Bahrain with two young children, delayed, very long day, arriving late at night. Suitcase arrived with one missing wheel, unfortunately due to tired children she did not report this until later. Antler Bury, Lancs are unable to provide a wheel for this suitcase as they no longer 'do repairs'! Suitcases arrive from Far East ready to sell! “First Class Service - they will make it right!”

I flew BA Edinburgh to London a while ago and my bag was damaged. I was referred to Antler for the claim. I want to say the are First Class service; helpful on the phone, great range, great website, they were prepared to speed up delivery due to a trip i had planned, then replaced the suitcase when it wasn't quite as expected. “Excellent professional service”

I bought my suitcase 2 years ago and it had 7 years warranty. two weeks ago, I found out that rubber on wheel had worn out, I think because of the rough surface.
