The handle of my bag came away after 3 years (but I threw my receipt away so they wouldn't exchange). No big deal...... but.......They do not have any spare parts anymore, so instead of buying a new handle (£20) they expect me to buy a whole new bag (£120). And to top it off, the customer service dept. was quite unhelpful and rude... just not interested... they even said that I could have bought the bag from ebay, and am just 'trying it on' to get a new bag for free!!!! the cheek!

I used to think Antler was a good make, but from now on, I will avoid!.
    BE WARNED!

Antler Laser cabin trolley looks stilish and is very light - unortunately that is due to a marginally thin shell, made of cheap ABS plastic. After few uses as cabin bag, the bottom stand came off while trundling along an airport- jut like that, it was ripped out of the shell, which has no strengthening to resist lateral impact. Antler were courteous but firm when advising that their warranty only extends to manufacturing faults and that something extraordinary must have inflicted the damage, and ...

Antler Revelation luggage - I bought this piece of luggage 17 months ago and used it twice. When travelling with it for the third time, the pull along handle wouldn't engage. It was stuck in the down position, so the bag had to be pulled by the carrying handle, This was very awkward in a busy airport. On taking it apart, we found that the internal plastic part of the pull along handle, which clicks into place, had sheared. As it was just thin plastic, there's no way to repair it or replace ...

Bought Antler Size Zero less than a month. After first trip stitching started to come apart. Antler say that it is wear and tear and won't honour 7 year warranty. The Antler warranty sounds good until you find out they won't help. There is not a scratch to indicate the case was mishandled by air carrier.

In general Antler provide quality products. Despite quality and general high prices it proved impossible to buy a new wheel for an Antler case less than one year old because "we no longer keep spare parts"

I had no problem returning it to the store in Leeds. The assistant was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to give good customer service.

Great lightweight suitcase, which is unfortunately is not fit for purpose. On arriving in the USA the 1st suitcase made it to the taxi and then the handle refused to go down. On our return 14 days later the 1st suitcase still refused to budge and whilst in departures terminal the 2nd suitcase suffered the same problem. The result was US Homeland Security had to push down the handle. So far the suitcases have been back with Antler for 4 weeks with no date as to when they will be returned. I am ha ...

Antler Litestream Overnight/Cabin Roller-Case well designed and lighter than other similar bags. Antler claims it's suitable for cabin luggage with most major airlines but doesn't fit in cabin luggage measuring box for a Jet2 flight.
