I ordered (and paid) for a Hotpoint American style fridge freezer and was told that delivery would be 5-7 days. I ordered a white van to remove my existing appliances. After 10 days and several enquiries I was told that they were out of stock and a delivery date could not be given. I have now cancelled the order.

After reading other comments on this company, we were quite concerned that we would have delivery issues from this company, but I have to say the price of the carpet cleaner was the cheapest on the web and the delivery was very quick. Would definitely recommend this company

Ordered a dishwasher. Was told it was not instock, expect it in a couple of months.

Chased it up around the delivery date, was told that I shoudl get it in a couple of days. I waited a week, nothing. then started calling.

These people do not phone you back. I was told I shoudl get it shortly (they did not actually check with anyone). I eventually phoned the manufacturer who told me that they had stock but had no order on my postcode.

Tribal UK is an awful company! Ordered a washing machine 2 weeks ago, never give you correct delivery date, have taken 2 days off work now to wait in for delivery and still no delivery. Shocking company, get fobbed off each time you call, i have emailed formal complaint with very poor response from them.
BEWARE DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Very poor communication. Ordered an oven and advertised 2-5 days delivery when ordered. No communication by second week so called on Wednesday to ask when delivery expected. confirmed date of Friday and courier will call me evening before to tell me time of delivery. No call received. Called courier on Fri morning and told delivery betwen 9am - 1pm. 1.30 no oven arrived. called courier again and told sorry we lost it - but is ok cos now we found it - we will deliver next weds. Very poor customer care service. In order to resolve my faulty oven (an electrical fault which actually caused burning to the back of the oven) I have had to resort to Trading Standards. The oven is 8 weeks old but broke on its 2nd use. They are even denying that it was their service personnel who told me that I had to contact Hotpoint directly. Now I have paid £389.89 for an oven I can't use and a potential courtcase. Customer satisfaction is definitely at the bottom of their priorities!

Ordered an Aluminium Refridgerator from Tribal UK- Was told it was in stock - waited a week for delivery - and when it arrived, it was white. I refused the delivery and called Tribal UK and was told sorry they didn't actually have the colour I ordered...

Was told by a friend of Tribal UK. Am very pleased to say that I would make this my first port of call from future online orders. Found the website to be very easy to use and the ordering process was quick and simple. The camera ordered was delivered well within the expected delivery time and when I spoke with an advisor on the phone I found him to be very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Tribal UK. TV price was the best on the net. Messed around with expected delivry dates so cancelled my order. 2 days later a TV was delivered. Very poor communication.

Tribal UK are very cheap. I ordered a fridge and freezer before Christmas, but was unable to find out when it would be delivered. In the end my dad sat on the phone for half an hour till he got through to a live person.My fridge and freezer were delivered on the date they said, but I never received an email giving me the date in writing, and the website still says my order is awaiting despatch.The saving is just not worth the hassle...

I didn't get the product I wanted from Tribal UK. The manufacturer cancelled my order since it wasn't suitable for a flat - which is where I live.Nothing on Tribal's site said that the product was unsuitable. Even though it is clear from my address that I live in a flat, no one from Tribal identified this to me.On the three times I called Tribal, I had to wait from 45 minutes to 2 hours to speak to someone. It took about 20 minutes for a live person to answer the phone whenever I phoned them. Delivery dates were a bit vague, but by asking in detail about cancellation policy, managed to get the item delivered within the timescale promised on the website. When the supplier did ring to arrange delivery, I was given the option of the very next day, or 10 days later, no other dates available. Purchased Hotpoint WMD960G from Tribal UK, cheaper than others, on purchase read reviews about Tribaluk.com which were very poor, worried that goods wouldn't turn up. did some chasing by e-mail and phone, item ordered Thursday evening delivered Wednesday morning....good service!

Best price for a new Sony LCD TV on the web. This is backed up with great customer service. We ordered the TV on a Tuesday. It was delivered first thing on a Friday morning by a really professional delivery firm. I can compare the service with that from Amazon. Their on the phone service is good too.

I would certainly use them again. Look out for cash back offers for Tribal UK. This makes their prices even more competitive.

Ordered Sharp 32" TV @ 19.27 on Fri 19/09/08 from Tribal UK on the internet received immediate email acknowledgement / confirmation of order.
Mon 22/09/08 @ 15.26 received notification of despatch email.
Tues 23/09/08 @ 09.30 TV arrived at the door.
From this excellent service would certainly use again.
Just one tip, in Tribal UK's Terms & Conditions they state quite clearly that THEY do not hold stocks, goods are despatched straight from manufactures, so before placing an order suggest where p ...

Ive only dealt with TribalUK once, when I needed a DVD/VHS recorder recently. I found the model I wanted on TribalUK website at a very good price with free delivery, and received it via Business Post within a couple of days. I ll certainly consider shopping there again.

Found Tribal uk the cheapest online retailer for Hotpoint fridge/freezer (HMB312AAI). Ordered online and received an email within minutes confirming my order. Next day received a telephone call to arrange deliverly (which was free). Item arrived as arranged with driver taking away all pakaging-brilliant. I WOULD recommend this site to anyone!

Found the model of TV I was after at Tribal UK. Best price in the UK by some margin. Found an additional £10 voucher on the net. Free shipping (with Business Post). Tracking info supplied when the item was despatched. Delivery estimate was 2-5 days before I ordered; item actually delivered within 48 hrs.
