    Good Points: Very tasty food
    Polite and friendly service

Bad Points: Small portions of vegetables or side orders, on table of eight people we had 2 smallish dishes of mixed vegetables.
A little cramped for tables 8 or above
Pricey - should have got a lot more and came away feeling full

General comments: The meal was very tasty but, for the price was not filling enough. All males from our party came away still hungry. Desserts were the dearest I'v seen £5.25, a bit expensive for anyone ordering ice-cream!!! Compared to at least two other restaurants we have visited in that price bracket we got a lot more and came away feeling full.

The Mediterranean seafood restaurant in Sheffield is a lovely little restaurant on Sharrow Vale Road. I went there for Valentine's day and had a superb meal. The Sea Bass is melt in the mouth. Interesting selection of specials, and the service was excellent but not too hurried or pressuring. Even on Valentine's Day with a packed restaurant the food came quickly. I would recommend booking in advance as it gets busy. The dress code is informal and relaxed.

The Mediterranean is a gem of a restaurant that Sheffield has hidden. Booking advisable as very popular and you'll know why once you have visited. A taxi is advised as parking can be a problem. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy the service did not faulter one bit. A small fronted restaurant, but do not let this put you off. An extremely un-stuffy atmosphere where smart but casual is adequate rather than a suit. A seating area where a pre-dinner whilst looking over an extensive menu. ...
